This is funny. They may be heading to Travis for maintenance and refit, but the photo doesn't much. I equate this to all the videos people take freaking out about seeing a tank fleet on trains heading to Fort Irwin, or the time several stealths landed in Fairchild a few years ago while their homebase runways were being rebuilt.
