The government wants to take your guns away.

If they consider it a threat, why don't you?
Are you stupid maybe?

They’re mostly for shooting home invaders, muggers, rapists, that kinda thing. They are also great fun.

They don’t have to be only for shooting politicians you idiot

I'm not even talking about that, I'm talking about if the US government should become tyrannical, then what?

You think they are going to drone strike there own slaves?

It's not hard to understand. You can't keep control over a country as large as the US with drones and tanks. The US has lost its last 4 wars against unorganized militias. If goat fuckers in Iraq and Rice farmers in Vietnam can beat them then red necks can too.

Forcefully.

gun nuts can protect there familys from roving gangs of niggers if the police become neutered and useless, if the power grid goes down or a major catastrophe occurs do you think niggers are going to queue in line for some blanckets and water? no they are going to rape steal and murder you

Why not? They shelled New York during the draft riots in the Civil War.

please tell me she has been Blacked

The military is undercover redpilled. Most servicemen with an ounce of brain matter have figured out that dying for the zog is retarded. Once all hell breaks loose, you can bet the military will fold.

You want the truth? Because civilians would slaughter the families of those in power and in the military. And these people know that.

If you're in the military who would you side with. The government that has tyrannically asked you to act against your own people, or against your own people who won't hesitate to kill your entire family because you're a defacto traitor?

That's where it's at. The servicemen simply won't go along with any orders, because they know that there are so many people with guns in the civilian populace that their families lives are forfeit.

>if the US government should become tyrannical
>if
It already is.

easy.

What's the easiest way to get shot and die in this country?

>Go to the hood and get mugged by a dindu

Close.

>Go to a high school and get shot by an autist

Edgy.

>Be a cop going house to house in cornfield country, 300 miles from the nearest hospital, after Czarina Blue Pillosi passes the gungrab amendment, and have to go around knocking on doors asking people to surrender their weapons.

Ding ding ding.

How you gonna make them illegal, disarm the country, and tell them they can't defend themselves when no fucking cop, national guardsman, or soldier in their right fucking mind in this country would ever volunteer for a mandatory disarmament detail? it's a guarantee to get shot and a logistical impossibility. You're never getting rid of guns in this country. We're not Australia or some tiny nordic state where their population is so low that they can make socialist policies function. The question of how private gun ownership defends us from the government is irrelevant. it's self-defeating because there's more than 150 pokemon and the gun grabbers will never catch em all. We opened Pandora's box and John Moses Browning was living inside of it.

Mass assassinations?

Wow. Really thought that one through, didn't you?

It's the threat of violence that ensures our rights. Just having the guns is enough. That's the whole reason we have the second amendment, historically when tyrants grabbed power, the first thing they did was disarm the populace. But in the land of the free and the home of the brave, they'll never have the opportunity thanks to our good pal the second amendment.
Now suck a dick.

Thank you everyone, the truth is I am already red pilled. I just needed some facts to show these itwitter.com/williamlegate/status/975960808109649921diots how they are wrong:

Damn it the paste screwed me over:

The government is only made of people and people can be killed with guns. Every lawmaker would have to be on board and then barricade themselves in...and then pray that none of them get turned on by the military. The 2nd protects guns, and guns protect the 2nd. The 2nd protects all other rights because it is the only threat of lethal retaliation. Even if the civilians are outgunned, they are still a threat. Brainlet.

God speed, little white man, God speed.

>he really believes this

>he doesn't

>implying the US isn't an oligarchy run by the rich since day 1 in 1776

Attached: 1450906283909.jpg (1040x800, 192K)

It's basically impossible to govern a country where the population is armed, educated, and hates you. Your supplies and infrastructure will be ruined, your leadership will have their families ransomed, your armed forces and police will defect in great numbers and some defectors will remain in their posts. Other countries will get involved to speed the collapse of the government. Tyranny in a a geographicly separate nation with projected force is counterintuitively more tennable.

How could a bunch of uneducated goatherders with AK47s fight both the Soviet Union AND the USA into a bloody stalemate? Militia tactics and ideology.

Besides, the US isn't going to bomb its own people, because soldiers would defect. You think an Air Force pilot will stay loyal for long after he realises that bomb he dropped wiped out Americans and it was ordered by his Government? You think a tank crew will stay loyal for long after they're forced to level a small farming commune in Montana who had declared open rebellion against the government?

The government will do the only thing it knows how to get what it wants - use violent force - and the act of doing so against other Americans will lead to a fracture in American society.

>implying US soldiers wouldn't willing murder their own citizens

its happened multiple times

Sure, but not again and again and again all while being livestreamed and broadcast and covered 24/7 flin digital high definition for everyone to see. A significant portion of the military would rebel against such orders.

>US
>educated
Hearty kek

Yeah I don't know why the anti-gun people make such a strawmen out of the "rebelling against the government if one has too" argument. That part of the argument is at the bottom of reasons you need an armed population, It's important even if it's not realistic. But in the mean time, you need the gun do defend against other asshole creatures called humans you're forced to live with.

The gun owner is more worried about getting mugged, robbed or raped or attacked and may have been before, hence carrying a gun now.

Maybe you're right maybe you can't fight the government. If that's the case then you should just shut up and let Trump do his thing.

>guerilla warfare can beat even the most modernized military (see: Revolutionary War, Vietnam, War on Terror)
>there are only a handful of key chokepoints in the USA, such as the one in Missouri. Control those and the military takes a heavy loss while the insurgents' control grows
>if the USA dares to bomb or gas its own citizens China/Russia will not hesitate to jump in and 'aid the rebels'. Now the USA is at war with China/Russia while the rest of the world/UN supports the latter.
>There is a 100% certainty that the military will see heavy defections, especially if the revolutionaries are conservative in nature

So what does that leave us with? A civil war scenario would be absolutely disastrous for the US government - a death sentence, even. Simply because we have guns. If America gathered up its guns and banned them, the civil war scenario becomes laughable and would be easily squased. But WITH guns? It is a very serious threat indeed. Why else would they want them to be turned in SO badly?

...And how many tanks do you think the government has on home soil (Hint: it's not much)? Do you realize how slowly tanks move? It'd be utterly impractical to use them, even with the Interstate. Heck, cut off key Interstate areas and tanks become borderline useless.

People forget just how massive the USA is, and how impractical tanks can be outside of sieging big cities.

Explain to me how millions of people suffering and would rather be dead wouldn't use their firearms to kill the first cunt who underestimated the power of someone who has nothing to lose.

Also tanks are a huge logistical responsibility. These things have a fuel efficiency rated at gallons per mile. If their fuel supply gets harassed then the tanks are good as useless.

Also tanks have poor visibility up close, meaning that they usually have infantry to escort them.

the USA didnt lose
>they did what they set out to do and walked away

they never intended to invade and make those countries part of the USA so you are wrong.
