No. Every transaction done with BTC is forever logged and visible to the public (including sender and target address)
When performing a transaction, you can type anything you want as the target address (as long as it fits the address format), including random text or links
What this means is that you can store a message or small amounts of data on the blockchain by sending a tiny amount of btc to a non existent address. The target address is actually the data itself, and the btc you send is effectively lost.
