Good job on the image. Looks about right on the zone. If its got to fit (at least) 2 naval forces it can only be so small. I think if a battle goes down it'll be more or less inside the red area you circled. Could even be being actively jammed, not just transponders being turned off. I think the russians used that technology somewhere else recently?
