While I hate atheism and am in no way endorsing it, but the atheistic Communist countries in Eastern Europe had bigger fertility rates than their western counterparts even during the 60's. The majority of liberals are atheists, that explains their birthrates. Outside religious communities like the Mormons and Amish, christiantiy does little to uphold fertility (at least outside Africa, that is), but tell their followers to be usual city-goy slaves...
Czech Republic and Estonia are the most atheist in that picture, and are not the quickest to be "going extinct"... Ireland is one of the most christian and is certainly quicker on that path (which is even more pathetic considering their 700 years of fight against the English for independence, just to give it away to negroids)
