I understand that (I am 100% Euro-blooded btw, all of my ancestors were from Axis-nations so there is no personal stake for me in this debate). I don't think a quadroon marrying into a 100% white bloodline qualifies as "polluting" the gene-pool. The children of such a union would be literally 7/8s white and after another generation or two the would have virtually no traces of non-white blood at all.
I'm of the opinion that we should not be wasting White blood when it is so easily salvageable in the case of quads. Low time-preference has its advantages, and we would be turning away a lot of people who would otherwise be our allies by being needlessly stubborn about this.
They were effectively trying to distill out the german blood from the semitic blood. If you have any understanding of dna, you would know that is not easy to do. Because you can't really distill out the bad dna. You have to dilute it. If you want to create a more pure population, mixing impure people in with the pure ones is counter productive.
But the germans didn't know about dna so they had to base this all on appearance, genealogy and behavior. We do know about dna though. So it makes no sense for us to abide by these cumbersome and archaic laws which were based on a flawed understanding of race.
You make a cut off point for what is considered to be "too impure". I think 75% is way too lenient. I would say something like 95% makes more sense. Maybe you could have a compromise where people who are at least 85% can be citizens but anyone less than 95% must be sterilized.
Wanting to salvage white blood is noble, but sometimes you just need to know when to cut your losses.
