The videos of ballot stuffing exist because of the Russian authorities and their cameras in the first place and these minor incidents have obviously been taken care of.

If Navalny was on the ballot, he would not be in second or third or even fourth place, there are several people who you probably haven't heard of with ratings MANY TIMES higher than Navalny and they were on the ballot.

Also there were 2 people (Sobchak and Yavlinski) whose liberal, pro-western traitorous positions are at least as strong as Navalny's and they summarily got 2.7%
