The racial situation is okay. Pretty much everyone considers it 110 % natural to breed with someone of their own race, without even being racially conscious. The biggest problem is sad older guys importing asian ladies, which is getting more and more common. Other than that, race mixing barely occurs. I think this goes for the rest of Scandinavia as well.
On every other aspect, however; it barely gets more degenerate.
