Do you think the increase in people becoming gay, or trans, uncomfortable in their own bodies or with their biological gender, this increase in this idea that there's more than 2 genders, pretty much everything that goes against what is normal (i.e. continuing the existence of our species through reproduction) has anything to do with the food that we eat? Chemically enhanced foods, for example, exposure to it at a young age can cause mutations in the brain?

I think our self-domestication(read: sexual selection for low T) combined with our relative economic comfort/safety and propagation of an attention seeking culture through social media has caught up with us. When for example, the autogynephile trans on Sup Forums or Reddit talk about wanting a BF, it's done in a very clumsy way. They don't actually like men, they like the idea of having a BF, because boyfriends are what "real women" have.
Some of the "chasers" buy into this, and it becomes very awkward to observe from afar, because the chasers are trying to romance these "transwomen", who do not lust after them. They "talk past" the trans and it's all very weird.

No not really as far as gays go. I don't think it's changed any. The only thing that's changed is the openness. Sup Forums has this habit of dreaming how great the 50's were.
