Either Cicada IS deepstate, and they are using the game to attack whatever Q is, or Defango has been running Cicada for the past several years, and is doing the same as above for other reasons.
But this might out Defango as the fuckhead he is. Or lend credibility to the "cicada is recruitment tool by deepstate" there by lending credibility to Q.
