>You forgot to mention they're going to start impeachment proceedings almost immediately so that it's going into Trump's reelection campaign. I didn't forget that since I am not 100% certain that would happen, even though it's not unlikely.
Big issue with starting impeachment proceedings is you have to factor in the Senate since while it only takes a majority-vote to actually impeach a President, you need 67 votes in the Senate to convict and remove from office. Dems would need over a dozen GOP Senators to vote in the affirmative, and the worst case for them would to bring up impeachment charges that lead to an acquittal in the Senate.
I think the immediate impact would be them investigating every single thing to make the case and they could potentially wait until the 2020 campaign is under way and go for an impeachment proceeding dead in the heat of the campaign (Summer/Fall of 2020) to put a thumb on the scale of the election
Literally the only reason to vote Republican is for border security and anti-LGBT and abortion issues. Other than that Dems give >fully funded social security and medicare (over 65 pop set to double by 2025) >legal cannabis >fully funded departments >clean air and water >healthcare access Not to mention all the more progressive policies floating around. I can't think of any reason to vote Republican other than to back up Trump, but they clearly don't do that.

I could give it a ol college try but im also >under the heavy influence

>what are /ptg/'s thoughts on Trump appointing Bolton? None, it's not up to me.
Jaxson Bailey
hard to tell lately, pol is basically reddit these days.
why even have a trump general on Sup Forums? anyone who still enthusiastically supports all this jewery is a the_donald cross poster anyways. so just fuck off back to where you came from
Nathan Walker
when jews are against something, you really start to wonder
Redpill me on this alleged nightmare omnibus bill.
Nathan Long
It is going to be fine.
People complain Trump does not listen to advisers at all, and all the sudden he will start to Bolton words for words?
Jose Brooks
He'll be gone by the end of the year.
Carter Moore
Trump only listens to his NSA on the role he brought them in for McMaster's main priority was ISIS, he had a lot of other thoughts about going to war in Syria and fighting Russia and Trump didn't give a shit Bolton has been brought in because of the Norks, nothing else he says will matter because Trump literally won't give a shit
Cooper Bennett
how do you explain WAY more jews being against trump than are for him?
Andrew Sanchez
i don't want to lie to you based user, it was a rino/dem dream package.
If it's too hard for you to tell maybe leddit is more your speed
Jayden Martinez
Pretty amazing WW2 happened all within 6 years (10 if you include China/Jap fighting) while everything moves slow as fuck these days. Even if most of his policies sucked, at least GWB first term felt "action packed".
dude if i take a single day off from politics when i come back it feels like the entire world has changed. some days i long for the days of obongo, when things moved at the speed of the tectonic shifts.
Jaxson Ortiz

So will Trump sign it?
Jonathan Nguyen
million dollar question is whether he agrees with Bolton's foreign policy goals or not. Bolton's views are well-known (pro-regime change in Iran and North Korea, unapologetic supporter of Iraq War) and most people making a defense for Bolton in these threads are relying on it being a "negotiation tactic" for the upcoming North Korea summit.
If Trump agrees with Bolton, there is only one direction we are heading, he's a guy with only one tool in his toolbox. People focus on North Korea but Iran is an area where he likely has more agreement with Trump/Pompeo especially with the Iran Deal coming up soon and all 3 of them having ending it in common.
Foreign policy people are pissing themselves over him getting chosen, so I am waiting to see in April what happens.
Jordan Stewart
more than likely yes
he already signalled his support for it yesterday on twitter
Jacob Anderson
what white democrats need to understand is that if we get that wall up and deport browns our national debt really will start going down like a magic trick
Da fuck? Most of the action during Trump presidency revolves around his own personnel changes and fighting investigation into his campaign. The biggest news this MONTH is this shitty routine spending bill.
Levi Wood
Its pretty shit but Trump gets 100 miles of pic related and funds his prototype testing and military pay raises
It suck for everyone in Trump's base except the 1.5 million military and four times that family and vets. For them this bill is the equivalent of "full funds for the wall". All in all it is > tears and angry for breitbart.com > Party and champagne for militaryforums.com
I don't trust this walrus fuck. If this honkey nigger starts pushing for wars on Syria and Iran, and I mean more than just a random strike on some empty parking lot, I'm going to set myself on fire.

No. The true mavericks of /ptg/ help me along the way
Did you deserve it at least? I used my Jewish magic to weasel my way out of a no insurance + no registration ticket. But it was bullshit since it was a friends car, my own car had both
not necessarily. this bill only funds the gov't through september.
this will become a midterm election issue, and if they cuck again, THEN there goes the midterms
Connor Carter
It's not as much a bribe as the fulfillment of a long made promise that I'll quote one of the many times he has made [1]
> TRUMP: Well, General, thank you. And thank you for your bravery, amazing. I’ve heard your name mentioned many times, so thank you for being here and thank you for the question. > Not only the Army, the Navy, the Air Force, the Marines, everything is going away at a time when certainly we are at a top priority for making sure that doesn’t happen. We’re not respected to the extent that we were. And if we keep going like this, we won’t be respected at all. > You look at Russia’s doing with their nuclear capability and the newness of their capability, and look at we’re — what we’re doing, and nobody wants to do that with respect to nukes because nukes are horrible. But you have countries that are going out of their way to do things that we’re not doing. And we have to be very, very careful. > The size of the Army, absolutely it’s getting too small. In fact a certain general, when he left about a year and a half ago said we are not only too small, we’re the least prepared that we’ve ever been since he can remember — the least prepared. So, it’s a combination of that — of both. > You see where the fighter jets are so old that they can’t get parts anymore. They have to go to plane — airplane graveyards and museums to get parts for our fighter jets that we’re currently using. They don’t make the parts. And you have other countries that have brand new equipment. And in some cases, we sell them the equipment. The whole thing is ridiculous. > Now, we’re gonna build up our forces, including the Army. But we are gonna build up our forces. We have no choice.
It may not be his promise that benefit you the most but the 1.5 million active military will surely appreciate Trump keeping to his word on that.
