Nationalist China really can't be considered a Fascist state. The Republic of China was founded in 1912 by Sun Yat Sen. Even if you want to date the beginning of it's power to the time Chiang entered Nanjing, that still puts the start date at 1928. It's also disingenuous to say that they disappeared. The Nationalists always had at least one quarter of the country under their belt for the duration of the Second Sino-Japanese War. Lastly, they were driven from the mainland in 1949.
Finally, if you include Chile and Brazil, why not Argentina?
