I really like Phos as a character. At first she felt incompetent due to her laziness, which could easily end up being such an annoying and unlikeable trait, but this episode you could really feel her powerlessness despite giving it her all.
I feel like most of the time when the protagonist falls into the "weakest character of the bunch" category, it gets slightly boring to watch and if anything you start watching it for the far more interesting side characters. Though with Phos I actually want her to start succeeding.
And she's really cute.

Juuni Taisen often feels to me kind of a chore to watch. The backstory parts that take up most of the episode just come off as padding a story that could be otherwise told in two or three episodes to me even though they are clearly supposed to be an important part of the story I just find myself wanting them to be over with.

Juuni Taisen has Nisio behind it for instant viewers and is chuuni as hell which is always popular. HnK, despite having some huge names in both directing and voice acting, is CG, so will be automatically dismissed by a good amount of people in the West.
