I think they're trying to do what Magazine's doing by axing the old stuff for new material. At the same time, they're killing the failure manga to make way for new ones. That being said, Sunday isn't attracting good names. Their last good seller (ie.20k+ copies) was Komi, and that was about a year and a half ago.
