so there have been highly complex hierarchical structured gangs ( most notably during the 80's and 90's) of blacks in america. It would take the absolute smartest of them to be highly devoted to the cause. They would have to instill values and education so deeply into at least two solid generations of Natsocs for it to take root and hold

I think getting the black community away from jewish influence would have the biggest impact. Whites are more familiar with jews and developed a sort of immunity to their influence (but obviously still get jewed).

Yes. In Africa before the white man arrived they had very strong hierarchical structures which when rules had been broken came with swift and violent punishment. This is why they function so well in gangs for a number of reasons. Democracy will never work in Africa and the strong man is always the way they understand things. Much like a gang, blacks in Africa much like Asians are very communal and not very individualistic. This is why the communist ideas kicked off in Africa.
