Peterson's argument is that equality of outcome can be imposed with extreme tyranny, which will end up being murderous, and he is correct.
However, consider this: Peterson also advocates for race-blind individualism (civic nationalism and rejection of "tribalism"), ignoring that in-group preference is also part of nature (it is genetic). For Peterson's vision to be manifested it would also require tyranny, since it goes against nature.

The American experiment began to fall flat on its face as the Federal government expanded to inflict its power on the people. This has been a long work in progress.
The most agreeable solution for America today is to return the power to municipal governments. For states and cities to be able to vote on protecting and preserving their ethnic and cultural heritage without the overarching federal government becoming involved in the places it doesn't belong. This will effectively guarantee people freedom of association without it boiling over into an all out civil war.
