Tfw a creature from beyond wont buy you out of your crumbling life and give you meaning as its apprentice

>tfw a creature from beyond wont buy you out of your crumbling life and give you meaning as its apprentice.
why live

Apprentice? I thought wife.

How is bonehead going to smash that?

You can always aim for a widower, someone from like a traditional family who has a library and smokes hand-rolled cigarettes.

have you ever seen monster porn?

Both

Is the manga worth reading?

...

>magical redhead cursed with a short life for plot reasons.

Where have I heard that one before.

Is it any good?
Been thinking about giving it a go.

>ywn princess carry chise
feels super bad man

If you want to feel vicariously loved and taken care of through self inserting as Chise as someone with poor self esteem and estrangement from family - then yes

D-do I want to?

maybe

The amount of headpats is off the charts!

For once in a long time the protagonist is actually pretty interestingly written.
Still not really sure if she loves Elias or just hates herself to the point where she doesn't really care, or both.
Chise is selfish, and fragile, and afraid, and depressed, and abandoned and needs something real, but is still all broken up in her heart and her mind
And I'm starting to see a lot of that in myself in her

Good soundtrack, comfy as fuck, nice backgrounds, solid pace, watch it

Its pretty good, but you should know what you are getting into.

Its a romance where the 'romance' is... very strange. Less "I love you!" and more "You are the only good thing to have ever happened in my shitty life, so I'm going to cling to you like a drowning man clings to driftwood".

On top of that, its a very melancholy story. Every adventure they go on is about ultimately accepting death and loss.

>"You are the only good thing to have ever happened in my shitty life, so I'm going to cling to you like a drowning man clings to driftwood".
...that isn't love?

most husbands don't dehumanize their wives by calling them puppy

honestly thats what I hate about shoujos desu

They are both fucked up.

Chise has, just, SO MANY abandonment issues and the self esteem of a worm to the point that she sold herself into slavery because the idea that someone might want her enough to pay money for her sounded like the validation she had been missing in her life.

Elias isn't much better, just from a completely inhuman starting point. Elias only does things because he thinks he is supposed to. He only wants to be human because someone asked if he was a person once and he responded 'yes' without understanding the question. He has been trying to fake it until he made it on that lie ever since. He only demands payment for his services because he was told he was supposed to, money is worthless to him. He only sought out an apprentice because he overheard people talking about how it was weird he didn't have one yet. He only said he would marry her because he heard once that magi in the past would marry their students to create stronger magical bloodlines. EVERYTHING about him is monkey see-monkey do without understanding any of the deeper meaning behind why humans do things. The only thing about Elias that appears to be genuine is his growing concern for Chise's wellbeing and jealousy whenever she spends time with others.

It can be, but in this case it's just need. Chise would have been ok no matter how Elias treated her as long as she felt even remotely needed or welcome, that's why she adapts so fast to the idea of becoming his wife. Elias just literally doesn't really know what he's doing. Especially at first, it's unhealthy dependency more than love, even if eventually they start to care for each other.

its always kinda fascinating to see western customs as exotic.
you know, the emphasis on little things like handshakes, the food and cutlery and writing in alphabet.

Funny enough, their first time is going to be very awkward. Both of them are autistic virgins.

The funny thing about the choice of "dehumanize" is that they repeatedly draw attention to the fact that Ainsworth is a monster attempting to ape humanity. The entire emotional plot is the two leaning on each other to become functional human beings and overcome the fact that they're fundamentally broken.

I wanna bribe the banshee with cream and do bad things to her

we harry potter nao

were is the gentle, awkward monster smut at?

>tfw ywn have a big tiddy vampire watching over you
Fuck.

I want to fuck vampires butt

I hope this ends like chrono crusade, with all the mentions of her short lifespan

>vampire

>redhead
my only weakness

>that spoiler
pls no give me back my comfy monster x girl romance

Maybe

If it's the sort of thing you want to watch. A lot of people don't like it since 'nothing happens', the ultra-comfy atmosphere is really the selling point.

>tfw I made Silky's sandwich last week and it was bretty gud

Anime is weird

You're not a cute girl with a shitty past, that's why it'll never happen to you.

Not fair

nigger is a fucking cubone, he has a body the skull thing is like a mask

What if I want her to smoke one of these?
