First for best girl.

Finally!

Is it still 1 GB?

No this time it's only 980 MB.

How is it that it is on Horriblesubs' XDCC before it is on Asenshi's XDCC?

Are we gonna bet what Rock CD chan is up to with the song?

Holy shit that downloaded in like 2 minutes.

Ginpachi sensei thank you.

>XD
Fuck off.

The shota soldier is very cute.

So hands are the natural state of a Nous?

Nibi and Oni, best bro forever.

Well that was a ride.

Miracle of the universe!

Does the Nous want people to evolve past the point of reliance on emotion absorbing and the created memories? Is that why they are cheering Falena on?

She lives!

...

No dancing loli this time. I am disappointed.

...

There's a dancing loli in all of us, user.

wew

...

Is that fucking Pink I see in the preview?

Well I hope at least we get a few best boy shots from him this time.

I'm not a shotacon, but I would rub his face.

He seems much more aware compare to the other soldiers.

I got no clue what is going on either.

Will MC every stop crying and do something for once

>want people to evolve
I think it just wanted fuel for itself, so it tried arguing that emotions only cause you pain. Chakki was probably just the first one to refuse the offer, so that's why it gave him the thing anyways.

I guess they form an ammonite when they die.

So Falena can absorb all the other Nous and become MEGA-Falena.

He was an idiot that could have survived if he didn't open his mouth.

So we can all agree that Ouni and Nibi were lovers, right?

>Nibi's smile
>All that suggestive dialogue
>"You gave my life meaning."
>Nibi's wounds forming a heart on his back

it was fairly clear that nibi was some sort of catamite yes

Nibi you nigga, you even got a heart shaped band aid over your hurt.

Nibi and Oni, best bros forever.

I assume that's all of the Nous' consumed memories leaking out in physical form.

I assume that the dark-skinned people don't let their emotions be *totally* consumed by the Nous, or else they'd be vegetables incapable of anything. Higher ranking people seem to have more emotions than others, implying that they aren't forced to give up as much to the Nous. I assume that most of the frontline soldiers are actually at the same emotional level as that kid, but they're too busy fighting to let out snide remarks like that.

I was one of the people who was appalled at the gay in mole rat the anime, but this felt natural to me.

This episode redeemed the last few.

I was wondering if the Nous, when they die, will form an oasis of life around them.

But no. The ship just collapses.

Yeah, it didn't feel forced at all. It felt like a really sort of natural relationship that would have evolved between the two of them, and it wasn't something forced in our faces, either. The evidence is clear, but like, neither of them strut themselves out flamboyantly talking about how much they like dick.

"""Bros""".

Ouni was pounding that ass all night long down in the bowels, user.

Definitely. The last few were very poorly paced and kind of a mishmash of really badly done tropes and deaths that you saw coming from a mile away. I mean, I saw ____Nibi's____ death coming from a mile away but it was still handled very well, where-as the mass murder at the end of episode 7 or whatever was just like "wow what a twist".

2nd best boy sailing off into the sandsea was so well done.

>He doesn't understand deep platonic friendship and brotherhood between men
Faggots have ruined male friendship with their hyper-sexualization of fucking everything.

Day of the rope cannot come soon enough.

user who post the cute Pink images, come back.

>More than you probably thought... Well... I was content. Living on that island while yearning for the outside world, looking at the same sky and sea as you every day... Even just that...

So can the DESTROYER Chakki peak into other people's memory / dramatic dialogue?

>That's not it. It was me... Who lacked meaning. If I hadn't met them... If I hadn't been with you...

user, look at the back of his shirt. Look at it. It's a heart.

They were lovers.

Is this like Princess principals with the heart on the door frame?

It was just some bro on bro heart play, amon. It's not gay unless the arteries touch.

>arteries touch

How?

Is Olivines a good girl?

So the soldiers just a heroed after their nous is done for?

I assume that they do that so that they're not captured and interrogated by the enemy or serve any other sort of purpose.

Whale loli is getting a power up!

Easy.

Did she just gain a pet?

Is she gonna turn into Battleship Faelena? Mothership Faelena?

The animal was already there from when they brought it back from Lykos.

It just hasn't had any screentime since like, episode 3.

Godship Faelena Destroyer of Nous

This show is kino

Why isn't asenshi's release on nyaa.pantsu?

Maybe that is another pet.

...

Oh my bad.

youtube.com/watch?v=iJkoBNOPvjU

>kino
Lurk more.

I fucking love Yes and Homeworld.

Every time I watch Kojira I go back and listen to the homeworld sound track.

This and Adagio for string.

The >you are here in the end always gets me emotional.

This episode was fucking great, really felt like what I'd been hoping for after the first two episodes. I wish we'd gotten to this point around episode five, instead of wasting all those episodes on pink being edgy and nothing happening, but if they can keep this reversal up until the end, they may be able to turn this into a decent show after all.

We still don't know why they live such short life though.

>our ship sunk
>better kill ourselves
It's like I'm playing Valkyria Chronicles. I swear, these are the most incompetent villains I've seen in years.

This episode is the turning point for Faelena.

They have defeated an enemy battleship. Now the world will fear the daemon of Faelena.

The nous dying could have had some effect on their minds, right?

>start the episode
>"woooooooooooo" choir is 18 seconds
That was a pretty nice woooooooo, lack of these this season.

Sad to see them put this much effort into the visuals for such a bad show.
Did minor character #349 really need a 15 minute long sentimental death scene?
Does anybody actually like any of the characters in this show other than Ouni?

Motherfucking Masso.

>Does anybody actually like any of the characters in this show
Ginshu-onee-sama is a goddess.

I repeat, I love Ginshu

Nice shadow there during his jump.

There are that many of us?

Well, shit.

...

Beautiful and spooky.

Nous are the memories of the planet?

Looks like those deep abyss alien lifeforms.

Toot toot.

So we know Falena's thymia users are much stronger?

That was mentioned in the previous episode but I guess Falena has or at least can produce daimon.

So long shish kebab man.

This really brought the show back up to speed for me. The last few episodes were kinda bad. Really pleasantly surprised we got on track and they've got time so set something else for the finale.

I was worried we were gonna be on Skylos right untill the end of the show. Still not enough Ginshu tho.

Imagine how many times Ouni has speared him like a shish kebab

Submarine Nibi.

...

Minor character #349 needed a 15 minute long sentimental death scene for the sake of Ouni's character development. The death scene wasn't about Nibi. It was about Ouni.

I really liked Nibi even though he was a minor character. I like Suou a lot, since it's clear that he has a *lot* of potential character development already set up, so it's just a matter of if they conduct it properly. Even the eye-patch Captain isn't that bad, since it seems like there's probably a lot more to him than "nihilistic sociopath". Pink-hair crazy was (is? He seemed alive in the preview) good because, when he got fucked up by eye-patch, he actually experienced genuine fear of death, and started sobbing and crying. Most crazy murderous psychopaths in anime or other media tend to laugh like maniacs until they die, but seeing pink-hair *genuinely* afraid to die was refreshing.

I will admit that Chakuro and Lykos are a bit stale right now, but given that Narrator-Chakuro sounds a bit hardboiled and stuff, I'm interested to see how he gets from pussy-ass-bitch Chakuro to hardboiled Chakuro.

This was honestly the best episode recently. The show has definitely had a rocky first nine episodes, but if they use this one as a launchpad into the rest, it should turn out fine.

This is 2cour, right? There's no way it's not.

...

>This is 2cour, right? There's no way it's not.

Years worth of man hours for flying papers.

Why did I laugh.

They better not kill (Not)Kyouko off by the end of this thing.

There was not enough of her this episode.

I still go back to watch her having fun in the OP on the boat.

>walk of the cliff
Damn, fucking hardcore.

Holy fuck this show feels as if it has only just gotten started.

This feels like a 1/3rd point.

Not a 3/4ths point.

Who the fuck made this 1cour? I'm actually mad right now. Jesus Christ.

Best boy is back.

As much fun as you can have when half of the crew got butchered on the other island.
