What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:

So how exactly would the means of production be organized under communism? How would factories and offices be run? How would capital goods be moved from one industry to the other?
It wouldn't. Everything would just collapse overnight. If you think that all these soyboys that don't even have common sense, let alone any trade skills, are suddenly going to move in and take over "production" then you're retarded. Most of them have no interest in working at all which is why they support this fantasy of a government that they somehow control to take money away from the ebil rich people and give it to themselves.

The problem with organizing production according to what is needed is that you don't need anything except for food, water, and sleep. All the fun stuff is optional. That "wasteful" production is what makes life worth living. Also, there is no evidence that automation actually reduces employment. When we automated agriculture people went to work in the factories instead. When the factories were automated, people went to work in the big box stores and restaurants instead. Also, how do you give everyone immediate and free access to the means of production without shortages happening?

Use value is directly proportional to exchange value. The only reason things have exchange value is that someone assigns use value in dollar terms to it. So, I don't think that it really matters whether we go by exchange value or use value.

Under Stalins tractors were made free of charge and sent to farmers without any market value = 0 while tractors still being produces, under Chruschev flats and housing were given free of charge to citizens.
