Hey Sup Forums, how would you rank them?

Based in their work, legacy, artstyle, story, preference, etc. How would you rank them?

Kentaro Miura - Berserk
Hiromu Arakawa - FullMetal Alquemist
Tite Kubo - Bleach
Takeshi Obata - Death Note
Masashi Kishimoto - Naruto
Hayao Miyazaki - Lots of movies
Eiichirō Oda - One Piece
Yusuke Murata - One Punch Man
Akira Toriyama - Dragon Ball
Yoshihiro Togashi - Hunter X Hunter

Feel free to add more people if you consider worth it!

Urobuchi is basically the god of anime so probably him.

>overrated edgy faggot
>god of anime
reddit

If we're only talking about manga, then Miyazaki is by far the worst of them, his paneling is atrocious.

That’s Anno you’re talking about.

Damn, Arakawa looks like that?

1st-Masashi Kishimoto
2nd-Akira Toriyama
3rd-Miura
4th-Hayo Miyazaki
5th-Oda
The rest are irrelevant honestly.
Obata and Kubo haven't done anything since,Togashi art and character designs sucks ass

When people read Nausicaa they simply imagine it was a good read after the fact.

kishimoto above toriyama? in terms of legacy? no fucking way dude. toriyama shaped modern battle shonen to what it is today and singlehandedly made weekly shonen jump to the most relevant manga magazine.

They're 50/50.We were ot only ranking in terms of legacy though. That guy released 20 pages every consecutive week with no traces of diminuished quality from chapter to chapter

Having legacy included would skew rankings too much in favour of Toriyama, Kishi and Miyazaki.

Yuasa and Dezaki >everyone else

>putting a fucking anime director along with manga artists
>literally only one has a great impact on shounen manga and the rest will be forgotten
>literally all of them are just here because that's all you knew about

A whole new level of stupidity

>kishi first
Fuck right off. Naruto went to shit after the first part, in terms of both story and art.

Isn't that the Zelda guy next to Miyazaki?

...

That's not a picture of Arakawa, that's a picture of Ed's seiyuu Romi Paku.

Miyazaki, Toriyama and Miura are the only relevant people in this image.

Oda has the best work ethics
Togashi has the most talent for creating interesting none-main characters

Those guys are Shrödinger-right.
No Urobuchi nor Anno: the list is either bullshit or you only consider manga.

>hu arr disu pipuru?
>raughs

Popularity/influence/"importance":
Miyazaki > Toriyama > Aonuma > Oda > Togashi > Kishimoto> Arakawa > Miura > Kubo > Murata >Obata

Quality/talent:
Miyazaki > Togashi > Murata > Oda > Miura > Arakawa > Kubo > Toriyama > Aonuma > Kishimoto > Obata

Why would you compair a director to a bunch of mangaka? That doesn't make sense. And murata only drew the redraw version of OPM, he had no impact on the writing so take him out. Obata is also only the illustrator of Death Note, not the writer. And all of the mangaka you listed are shounen except for Miura you listed write shounen manga so you shouldn't really compare him to the others. That leaves you with a sensible list of Arakawa, Kubo, Kishimoto, Oda, Toriyama, and Togashi: a bunch of shounen battle mangaka primarily known for one massive success.

With that sorted out:
HxH > FMA > OP > Naruto > DB > Bleach

No

>HxH > FMA > OP
HxHfags everyone

Miyazaki>Togashi>Murata>Miura>Oda>Arakawa>Toriyama>Kishimoto>Kubo>Obata

Lots of movies>HxH>Berserk>OP>DB>FMA>Naruto>OPM>Death Note>Bleach

Whenever I see that picture of Miyazaki with that background I keep thinking of JAV stars like pic related. Not sure if that's supposed to say something about me.

Everybody else >>>>>>Tite Kubo

More like it went downhill once Itachi died. Then it went to shit after the ass pull that was Pain's Ressurection Jutsu.

In order of rank of legacy and iconic status in the home country
>Hayao Miyazaki
>Akira Toriyama
>Eiichiro Oda
>Masahi Kishimoto
>Kentaro Miura
>Yoshihiro Togashi
>Takeshi Obata
>Hiromu Arakawa
>Yusuke Murata
>Tite Kubo

Ai Uehara is damn fucking hot

Togashi may have shit art, but he has good character designs.

Miyazaki
Miura
Murata
These three are masters of their craft.

>Togashi having more of a legacy than Toriyama
Nigga you're retarded and HxH is has one fucking foot in the grave

The fact of the matter is, Takahata is better than all of them.

These two at the top.

Artstyle: Kubo >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> every other one,

Anything else: every other one >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Kubo

That's not Arakawa, retard. That's Romi Paku, Ed's seiyuu.

Kentaro Miura - 10 years old

Araki>all

>kubo above anything
get some taste you bastard

I just wouldn't rank them like a complete autist.

Kubo___
Kubo
Kubo___

one punch man written by One
Yusuke Murata illustrator

Kubo on that list.

>this nigga serious?

That's not Arakawa you idiot, it's Romi Park.

Putting aside what a stupid list this is, especially how you inserted a director and two artists who didn't actually write the work they're supposedly noteworthy for, I would say DB actually drags down Toriyama because while it had a huge impact on battle shounen, it was largely a negative one that makes the vast majority of them so mind-numbingly dull today. It's a shame because early DB was pretty good.

Isn't Oda first by default in terms of success or popularity? His manga has a Guiness World record ffs

Isn't his picture Anri?

Put Takahashi instead of Miyazaki

kill yourself narutard

Why is eiji aonuma on this picture

Toriyama at the top.

If we're taking into account legacy you might wanna include Masami Kurumada

Which is Kentaro Miura in this pic?
