Because I'm fasting. I'm on the snake diet, if I did much exercise I'd probably fucking faint, I haven't eaten in 5 days. The fat is fucking dropping off me at an insane rate and because I'm fasting I'm not catabloic so I'll lose fat absurdly quick while retaining muscle mass.
After I get lean I'm gonna start building up more muscle.
Everyone should check out the snake diet, if you're overweight, fucking hate cardio but have enough willpower to stop stuffing your fucking face every day then the snake diet is PERFECT for you.
