ok he's full of shit. What happened is the fire alarm was pulled first and an administrator TOLD them to file out, there's nothing instinctual about it. This is why there is a lawsuit brewing. There was a fire drill that day at 10 am, then the shooter pulled the alarm and the admistator broke the code protocol by not discerning the source of the fire alarm. They are supposed to call the nearest teacher and ask if they see smoke or fire BEFORE anyone rushes into the halls. They didn't have any mock shooters or anything but they had all the teachers lock the classroom doors, turn off the lights, the kids go under the desks, and a teacher walked through the hall and check all the classroom doors.
