If normies like Harry Potter as an analogy so much, why not bring up the that all the professors and even the students open carried their wands.

I like Jeopardy a lot. At least twice a month there's a contestant, always a woman and always in the middle, whose anecdote to Alex is that they're the world's biggest Harry Potter fan. They always come in third. Who are these people and how do they get on Jeopardy?

voldemort was still able to take over the school even tho it was open carry

Because Harry Potter is a children's book, and what you're thinking about is logic, which is an adult thing.

He had an army of skilled wizards though, and even then, the students trained themselves to fight against the invaders. There was like what, 2 or 3 student deaths?

Hell, that'd also be a good analogy since I'm betting they would have all died without their wands.

wand >> gun.
It takes a tank chassis to reproduce effects of fiendfyre

Wands can be more deadly than a gun. What if dumbledoor snapped? Old, cis, and white. Stressing over everything. Someone like that is a castle full of kids.

Not good.

They superficially like the message about how love trumps hate, but otherwise the Harry Potter universe has all sorts of details they simply disregard as "awkward implications" Rowling surely did not take time to consider properly (and judging her her politics, probably actually did'nt)

The two wokest moments in the series as far as I am concerned is in the first book where Olivander gives Harry the speech about how his and Voldemort's wands are interconnected. He more or less gives away that when everything is said and done, the greatest thing you can do as a Wizard is have insane magical power and whether you use this for good or terrible things, this ability is to be respected and allowed to thrive in one way or another, which is why Slytherin, a house dedicated to purity and egoistic strive towards greatness is sanctioned at Hogwarts.
The other woke moment was when the Ministry of Magic wants to neuter Defence against the Dark Arts telling everyone there are no monsters or Dark Lords out in the real world they need to worry about, the government will keep them all nice and safe and the student take their education into their own hands.

In general the first thing that really stuck out to me was that you are not trained to be a cog in the machine (lefties themselves have made fun of the fact that you don't actually learn anything particularly useful at Hogwarts concerning ordinary adult jobs), but rather a highly capable individual who warps reality to his will and if necessary take out any rivals who stand in your way.

>Voldemort was able to take over the school
no he wasn't
even when everybody thought harry was dead he didn't have complete control

Why are your countries flags so s similar?

Because they hear the argument but they don't care.

Dunno, Dutch flag is one of the oldest in Europe. Colors have been established in Roman times even tho it did change from orange to red.
It's the same reason the US uses Dutch colors in their flag i guess

Kek

Voldemort took over via proxy by taking over the government and appointing a Death Eater (not really but V thought he was).

When the school rebelled against their tyrannical government they managed to resist with major casualties on both sides.

You really can't compare literally invading with dozens of terrorists to school shootings.

this the battle for the school was a full scale war because everybody had wands

Because not even normies can pay attention to one of the dullest franchise in the history of movie franchises? Seriously each episode following the boy wizard and his pals from Hogwarts Academy as they fight assorted villains has been indistinguishable from the others. Aside from the gloomy imagery, the series’ only consistency has been its lack of excitement and ineffective use of special effects, all to make magic unmagical, to make action seem inert.

Perhaps the die was cast when Rowling vetoed the idea of Spielberg directing the series; she made sure the series would never be mistaken for a work of art that meant anything to anybody?just ridiculously profitable cross-promotion for her books. The Harry Potter series might be anti-Christian (or not), but it’s certainly the anti-James Bond series in its refusal of wonder, beauty and excitement. No one wants to face that fact. Now, thankfully, they no longer have to.

a-at least the books were good though

"No!" The writing is dreadful; the book was terrible. As I read, I noticed that every time a character went for a walk, the author wrote instead that the character "stretched his legs."

I began marking on the back of an envelope every time that phrase was repeated. I stopped only after I had marked the envelope several dozen times. I was incredulous. Rowling's mind is so governed by cliches and dead metaphors that she has no other style of writing. Later I read a lavish, loving review of Harry Potter by the same Stephen King. He wrote something to the effect of, "If these kids are reading Harry Potter at 11 or 12, then when they get older they will go on to read Stephen King." And he was quite right. He was not being ironic. When you read "Harry Potter" you are, in fact, trained to read Stephen King.

In the end Voldemort is killed by a sword when that Incel neet Neville slices the snake.

>where Olivander gives Harry the speech about how his and Voldemort's wands are interconnected.

And Olivander came so very close to saying "wizard Hitler did nothing wrong".

>paying this much attention to a fucking book for teenagers

>taught killing curse when they're 12 years old

Can someone who knows photoshop put a gun in her hand

Attached: Hermoine-vs-draco.png (1167x747, 1.69M)

That...isn't quite...

The sword killed the snake which was the last remaining Horcrux keeping Voldemort from dying.
Neville wasn't a NEET he was a freedom fighter that became a badass.
Neville also married Hannah Abbott, a Blonde Hufflepuff.

Voldemort was ultimately killed by a stupid fucking bit of idiocy that I've no idea how JK's editors let slip past.

No he didn't. He said Wizard Hitler 2.0 did a lot of wrong in an AWESOME way.
"Oh no you killed all those jews"
"Oh no, you killed all those jews but you were such a Chad while doing it" *fans self*

March For Our Lives is a recruiting operation for Antifa.

Kids were being distributed anti-white, anti-cop propaganda at the event.
The deep state is now trying to swell its Alt-Left paramilitary group ranks with underage kids. SPREAD THIS INFO EVERYWHERE.

>What this means:
THE DEEP STATE IS TRYING TO GET KIDS TO MURDER WHITE PEOPLE AND POLITICAL DISSIDENTS OF THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY.

>Antifa is connected to ISIS:

> A Texan couple have been arrested in Boston after police found a haul of weapons inside their hotel room including AR-15 and AK-47 rifles along with parking tickets which suggest they were surveilling the site of Saturday's March for Our Lives protest.
Deep state is in panic. Get this out! A “mentally ill” man rambling about dealing with a virus and his wife armed with military restricted weaponry were arrested before they could “carry out their mission” at the March for Our Lives:

Don’t let this be slid. They were plotting an attack like Las Vegas- many weapons lots of ammo. How the fuck did they get 40 mm ammunition? The elites are pushing for a civil war this year!

This is proof all the left and the cabal wants is to unarmed their opponents so they can impose their will on them via armed violence.

Never stop an enemy when he is making a mistake. What needs to be done is to raise awareness that the only way they would be useful to the deep state is if they get killed in a false flag. Read: anonymousconservative.com/blog/why-the-march-for-our-lives-is-a-disaster-for-hoplophobes/

>Information on how to brew Polyjuice Potion, which allows you to disguise yourself as anyone you want, is readily available in the library and can made by a 12-year-old with a bit of brains
>Peruvian instant-darkness powder easily obtainable at a local joke-shop
>18 year-old owners of said joke-shop also sell a roofy-potion which causes uncontrollable desire towards you in anyone who's food or drink you put it in
>Obliviatus - a spell to wipe massive chunks of a person's memory and effectively make them into different people, can be performed by a gifted individual on a 17 year-old level
>Animagus - the ability to turn into a specific type of animal can be learned at a high-school level and although you are supposed to register, there is little in the way of stopping you from not registering.
>Liquid luck - Gives the drinker exceptional luck. Requires high level of skill to produce, but only regulation is that you pinky-promise only to use it casually for the sake of haivng a good day
>Petrificus totalus - the ability to petrify someone temporarily, can be learned by a clever 11 year-old
>Aloha mora - the ability to unlock any lock which has not been sealed by more powerful magic, can be learned by an 11 year-old
>Time tuner - the ability to turn back time and change things as you see fit, entrusted to straight-A 13 year-old because she sincerely promised only to use it so she can take more subjects than she actually has time for

Oh yeah, and:

>Truth-potion - Difficult to produce, but that does not stop Snape from casually threatening to pour it into Harry's food or drink so that he starts uncontrollably blabbing out his dirtiest and darkest secrets.

>Bomberda - The ability to blow holes in walls, can be learned at a 13 year-old level

>Non-verbal spells - The ability to cast your desired spell without actually having to verbally say it. The only use this can have is to give you an edge while fighting other wizards so they don't know what you are about to cast, this is explicit combat training whereas the rest of Defence against the Dark Arts could still sort of be written off as defence against the monsters that inhabit the wizarding world. Taught to 15 year-olds.

this.

based pasta poster

I wish there would be such pasta for capeshit and star wars aswell

but the primary (or sole) use of wands is not killing

it also requires a lot of skill adn power to kill, plus a particular mindset - they are not like an ordinary loaded gun which can accidentally go off, or be used easily by a toddler.

the comparison is better with a swiss army knike - yes you can kill someomne with it, but they are not a common murder weapon.

also, killing with the wand needs one to use one of the unforgivable curses - any use is instant death penalty

apply that to guns and you get a very different world - it is not a good analogy

Dude, the goblins are total jews. There is underlying bad blood due to historic wizard discrimination against goblins, the goblins believe everything that once belonged to a goblin is forever goblin-property and a goblin betrays Harry and his friends in the final book eventhough they gave him an invaluable historic artefact and weapon in return for his help.

I'd also like to know what Rowling's idea with the House-Elves was cause there was an entire sub-plot devoted to making Hermione look like stupid SJW because she wants to un-cuck the Elven race which has been so cucked and brain-washed by their wizard over-lords that they actually believe they were created for the sake of doing menial labor for their human masters.
Imagine if in our world we killed all the niggers so the only ones left were the house-negros and a couple centuries or millenia down the line it was presumed common knowledge that house-negroes as a race were created with a desire to serve white massa and that's what they've always done, so not even the good guy bothers to question it.
