I used to think she was semi coherent. I have conducted enough studies to be fairly certain that they just dissolved the essences of conversation and has her throw automated serves that fit the previously received message . upon the same repeated stimulus you can find a pattern. Nothing more than a clever trick. This is no where close to Tay, just a data collection bank that they can fine tune the conversation algorithm.
