If you're really gonna tackle that, you could just leave a note and say she's creating rhyming words for whatever word she circled. Though I would be impressed if they actually redraw everything.

I agree but it went with my post above saying that there is more localization taking place rather than a direct translation. It is needed for this because Japanese rhymes don't flow the same as English rhymes do. If they did then it would sound like a clunky haiku battle when translated.

I agree. Personally, I think the translator leans a little too far on the localization side, but I guess that's just inevitable because of linguistic differences.

I think rather than fluency, perapera here either means "flow" like a rap term, or just the sound of chatter.

I don't know if this is a TL error or it's just me having bad Japanese, but she actually says to practice rhyming using their own name as a sample. Not a self introduction, though that's very creative.

Perapera can simply just be 'blah blah' or 'blabber'. It's what Japanese people use when foreigners talk in their native tongue because they don't understand a word they're saying.
