It's not even the best TM anime adaptation.

...

No.

Why wasn't F/SN Assassin stronger?
He was the only Japanese servant in the war apart from EMIYA, and Caster could provide more magical energy than any living master, including Illya.

you need to have a high IQ to truly appreciate it

Watch more anime, newfag.

What are you talking about? He was absurdly strong for who he was: a no-name farmer who lived in the middle of the sticks who taught himself swordsmanship in order to pass the time.

No one cares about your literally who typemoon show.
Fate is TM.

Fate/Stay Night 2006 was better

Fate Zero is a masterpiece but Sup Forums refuses to like anything but cute girls do cute shit garbage

He wasn't even a real heroic spirit, just the closest thing to a fictional character that could be called up to fulfill the role.

If it hadn't been for the success of KnK, all the other Ufo-TM collaborations may never have happened.
So you're welcome.

Not the best series, but it had the best Fate episode (Rin's Adventure).

Maybe.

In my opinion it was better then F/SN at least.

No, that would be K-On

>Kara no Kyoukai
>Literally who typemoon show
At this point KnK is probably more popular than Tsukihime thanks to the adaptation

t. brainlets

Yet Miyamoto Musashi from the same legend is B rank Saber class.
Let's be honest that's just a poor excuse, there are tons of examples of servants who aren't real heroic spirits fucking people up.

Are you seriously using FGO updated lore to query the original FSN? No shit things are going to seem inconsistent if you do that.

They're extraordinarily skilled but they lack raw power. They're skilled enough to break the laws of physics with pure technique alone, but they're not strong enough to tear down a brick wall with their bare hands.

Point stands though, if you're going to set down ground rules for what servants can and cannot do, at least be consistent about it.

Sorry, OP. Best Fate right here

Except that Nasu has spent the past decade modifying his old rules or just using the alternative universe excuse to outright rewrite them.
So to answer your question in the lame Nasu-excuse, the Chaldea system and the original Fuyuki system have different rules and the same standards can't be applied.

It's up there

Imagine that line in any non-Fate context.

Shirou is a more likeable protagonist than Kiritsugu

Kirei managed to pull off some bullshit due to having a lot of command seals at his disposal during his fight against Kiritsugu.
What would a magus with unlimited access to command seals be able to do outside of an HGW? Are they just reserves of mana?

Reminder that Kiritsugu was a retard compared to Shirou.

No but it's easily the best Fate anime

There is the fact they are huge reserves and the fact they can understand issued orders. Shit like teleportation works and, in the LN of Apocrypha, a Frankenstein ordered to "defeat Mordred" unleashed a stronger version of Blasted Tree that got tracking in it even through teleportation. A single one is pretty powerful in its own. An arm filled with it is insane.

So a shit magus could theoretically become really strong just by gathering CS?

No

Yeah, but only during the time they last. The broader the order and its duration, the lower the power. Kirei while fighting Kiritsugu for example could even fight weaker servants. Problem is that there isn't much you can do with them since the grail takes them back and they are specific to the servants, so technically only the judge can use them as wished. It's funny because the Matou are the ones that made them, yet their lineage is screwed

It's surprising nobody's made something that functions as a command seal (big and versatile mana pool to be used whenever) yet isn't bound by HGW rules.

Technically, that's what the Holy Grail is. The whole rite of of killing seven servants is to give it enough power to grant any wish via Third Magic. Problem is there were disagreements, it became a battle and rest is history.

According to Darnic, you only need around 3 servants to do a wish like guarantee a lineage's survival or stuff like that, but you'd need seven for reality warping and more powerful ones.

Fate/Zero is a secundary garbage, FGO is a million times better this secundary garbage

Bullshit, everyone knows that Fate/Grand Order: First Order is the best TM work of all time.

Not even the best Fate.

It isn't the best anime series, but it is pretty fucking great. Puts all other Fate series to shame.

If his weapon was a noble phantasm and not some cheap katana, he would've shitted on Saber.

...

Is he a good writer, Sup Forums?

Yes, I just don't like what he writes about

Apocrypha is better

Doesn't make good endings

How would you even counter Tsubame Gaeshi anyways? Jump really far back when he takes a stance like with Gae Bolg?

Have three arms with three swords.
Have a shield that's so large that it's impossible to attack around.

No, Little Busters is.

FGo is the best Fate series

I like the ending of psycho pass a lot. Madoka was okay, F/Z is a little restrained by the source material, but i can't really excuse it. Thunderbolt Fantasy suffers from "see you next season", but the episode itself was very enjoyable.
As for how good a writer he is, his characters are never realistic, and they always get dramatic and way more philosophical than anybody who isn't either drunk or lecturing have a right to be. Personally, i find that to be very enjoyable, but i don't think it's technically great writing. He can set up an ideological conflict like nobody else, but i don't think he could write a drama about humans.

Please be bait.

Well that's all over now thanks to the Clock Tower.
