So there's the MC who tries to save someone from a Truck, but dies himself. God decides to send him to another world because he's the lucky 1 in 1,000,000 or something and the other world needs a hero! God is also a quirky loli. The MC is offered a bunch of powers to help him out. When he gets there, he realizes it's a video game and he's a cheat character! The first thing that happens is the MC saves a slave merchants cart from bandits. The slave merchant rewards the MC with lots of money. The MC makes his way to the city with the slave merchant and has to pay an entry fee and put his hand on a magic orb that shows criminal status/titles, how convenient. Keep in mind that the MC is still wearing his school uniform. The slave merchant then sells the MC a wolf girl slave with huge tits. The MC however is against slavery being a modern day japanese man who loves uncooked eggs on his rice and taking baths, so he tells the slave girl that he won't use her as a fuckrag. The slave girl is so happy that the MC won't make her do all sorts of sexual things that she falls in love and wants to do all sorts of sexual things. At this point the MC goes to the adventurer guild to register so he can do quests. There's a HUUUUUUGE explanation of how the adventurer guild works. Lots of details about how letters go from H to A and for some reason there's S rank. MC is totally an SSS rank but gets assigned H rank. Lots of drunk thugs at the adventurer guild wanna rape his wolf slave because they think he's weak since they can only make power determinations based off the guild assigned letter he has which is H. At this point MC effortlessly beats them and steals their skills. Oh yeah, MC can also steal skills from other people and has lots of talent points so he instantly becomes the best at everything he does. The wolf girl levels up and is so surprised at how strong MC is that she wants to be his fuckrag again despite her initial fear of being a fuckrag.

It's about this guy who was in love with one of the girls in his class. Obviously, he has zero chance with her. But mysteriously, because this is anime inspired, he somehow receives her telephone number from some stranger. He texts it, thinking it's a lost cause and she'll think he's creepy. Miraculously, she's ecstatic.

Turns out, though, he's not texting the girl he thinks he is. He's somehow in communication with an alternate reality version of said girl, who's similarly in love with the alternate reality version of him. They decide to become best bros, and help each other make their alternate selves fall in love. Revealing their favorite colours, their hopes, their dreams, their deepest, darkest secrets.

Over time, though, they start to wonder. Are they really in love with the one from their own universe, or not? Do the effects they have on their own universe have an effect on the other universe too? What is the nature of love and friendship?

A scientist finally made a portal to the world of reverse gender roles to lose his virginity. He goes through the portal only to run into his r63 self going to his world for the same reason. Once he arrives he realizes a problem. He has no imouto! He has a little brother but his alternate self doesn't have a little sister. He continues the journey despite that hiccup. The rest of the series is all about the little brother trying to protect the r63 version of his brother while the r63 tries to enact her otouto fantasies the older brother eventually becomes a crack whore in the reverse world much to the embarrassment of the little brother and the r63, little brother vows to protect his sister after that

Here's my Isekai:

MC is a high-school dropout who's been in and out of mental asylums his entire life due to horrible hallucinations. Constantly goes on and on about horrible monsters and landscapes. First episode starts with his doctor explaining to his family the 'seriousness' of his condition and the rate at which he's deteriorating, and during the conversation a bunch of asylum inmates stage a breakout and fly the coop. MC is one of them, but runs into traffic when hit with another hallucination.

Oncoming car doesn't kill him, however, as the near-fatal incident sparks his ability to jump between dimensions, and he lands in the horrible nightmare world he keeps seeing. When he gets attacked by a monster, one of the other inmates who broke out drags him out of the way, into a nearby cave. Turns out the guy (a middle-aged ex-military looking dude), came to the asylum to break him out and teach him about his abilities, and explains that he is a psychonaut: someone who can travel between psychoplanes unassisted, and had been doing so his entire life. Problem is, the last jump used so much of his power that he's stranded in this nightmae world, so the guy takes him to a makeshift basecamp where a bunch of other stranded 'nauts are trying to find a way to pool enough resources to get home.

The rest of the series is a horror survival story about the team trying not to get absolutely fucking mutilated (and in some cases failing horribly; team starts the series at like 25 something and there's 3 guys in the last episode, get fucked), while collecting food and supplies to survive while looking for a way home.

Art by Junji Ito.

MC's car is hit by Truck-kun, but he survives. He now suffers various possibly-life threatening brain injuries and decides to meet up with a doctor to participate in an experimental "brain scan" to try and cure his disease.

MC gets into the scanner and gets his brain scanned, but when he wakes up, he wasn't in the doctor's office anymore, but in an apocalyptic world where demons have taken over. And he was no longer in his own body, but the body of a catgirl!

>The twist
The MC doesn't really get isekai'd. The brain scan copies his consciousness and is uploaded into a robotic catgirl, which was mass produced until the demons took over.

Isekai of the Accidental Technomage

While helping a summoner friend conduct an magick experiment , Blast Fondue was sucked into a vortex which pulled him into a cyberpunk/shadowrun world. Even though he was an elemental mage, he found that the basic translation spell he knew worked perfectly in the new world. Due to lack of "RealID" , he could only get shady oddjobs as a "runner" for a smalltime fixer he eventually meets up with. When his china brand cellphone exploded during a botched job which turned out to be an assassination attempt on his client, he found out he could absorb any energy emitted by electronic devices and also use them as magic catalysts including assploding stuff. Thus he started attaching random household appliances to himself to enhance his magic powers, and became the world's first TECHNOMAGE.

His helmet is a ricecooker, a toaster is hung on his belt kamen rider style, and various cracked tablet PCs cover his body. His "throne of power" is second-hand massage chair which restores his prana and allows him to dig into the memories of people 100 kilometres away, but only the lewd memories. His "it" are various junked washing machines, "ancient" kitchen stoves, and other large bulky items which have became obsolete.

War is over. Cities are now rubble. The greatness of civilisation is now but a memory. The remnants of humanity now lead more primitive lives.

Humanity can no longer live on the surface, as it is now populated by war machines of colossal size and various shapes from humanoid mechas to floating battleships. Some say they turned sentient and turned against humanity. Some say they are mindless, simply fulfilling its order to destroy. They are only few, numbering only seven, but they are unstoppable.

Our protagonist is a young girl who lived in a mountainside bomb shelter with possibly the last remaining humans on Earth. However, her father takes her to one of the deepest chambers of the shelter and places her to cryosleep. When she wakes up, the shelter had been destroyed. A recording of her father said the machines had destroyed it and entrusts her with a mission: to destroy the seven machines using "the ultimate weapon" and a motorcycle her father had left her.

Being the last human left, she sets off in a journey to destroy the seven machines and avenge humanity.

>The Twist
It is revealed she is not a human, but is actually an eighth machine designed to destroy all seven machines.

>The Bigger Twist
The seven machines are not destroyers but protectors of the last remnants of humanity. The sentient machines knew continuing the war could destroy humanity, and so stopped and turned against their owners, but did not destroy them- forcing the opposing sides to sign an armistice and go into hiding. Her "father" was a scientist working for one of these sides who conspired to break the stalemate and win the war. Destroying the machines allowed them to return to warfare, as both sides still claim leadership of the surface.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon world because I wanna larp as a pokeyman. No furry, brah!

That sounds like a crapshoot world. I rather a bluepill.

I want to watch both of these, actually.

Kino

It's kind of the whole point. I imagine there would be almost no people in the story, only the protagonist and the sentient robots, who would speak with her before and during combat.

The people would only all show up after the machines were destroyed, and only a short peace ensues before their war continues.

The bike was an afterthought! I imagined it would be hard for anyone to just walk the whole journey.

I'm surprised they haven't run a mini series of mystery dungeon

The year is 1995, the place is a concert hall in Japan where The Blue Hearts, famous japanese Punk-Rock Band is setting up to play a gig when out of nowhere a portal swallows them up along with their instruments.

When they awaken they're in a fantasy world and it turns out they're all max level bards who have received literally millions of points in experience from all the music they played while living in our world. Because of their incredibly high level they're stronger than most despite belonging to a support class, and thanks to this they manage to kill an entire party of hostile knights who were on their way to pillage a small village.

After befriending the villagers they're summoned by the lord of the small village they saved, a young man who is fascinated with music. He begs the band to use their skills and punk-rock powers to powerup his army and help them fight off the enemies of the land who come closer everyday.

Will they have the power to save this land using only their amazing musical talent?

Sounds like Casshern Sins. It sucks.

Aight here.

MC thinks he's crazy.

Turns out he's just teleporting between horrible dimensions and this one.

Gets stuck in nightmare world with misfit survivors and almost everyone dies trying to get back.

I'm just too lazy to write a proper short story. My amazon e-book is just real short essays and poems.

Robots destroy humanity.

Robots destroy last human refuge but one girl survives.

The girl sets off to destroy robots.

Mitsuwano but more CGDCT and less melodrama.

Rolling Grills was most underrated anime eveah.

Okay, here's the short version:

In a near future setting, there is a learning AI that people input data into, and the AI may advance their "level" if it finds that data "useful". Having a high level means you might start getting requests from the AI and also start getting paid real money by it. The MC is a high school boy in his last year who has contemplated dropping out in order to work for the AI full time as a photographer, as he's already quite high level. He is given a request to meet with an assist a younger girl, who turns out to be much higher level than him and works as model.

Four sentences, fuck.

Already a thing.

the near future a high school girl gets cancer that cannot be cured. So the government offers her family an extreme amount of money to have her be a test subject for a cryosleep project. Promising to unbox her once they can cure her cancer and take care of her. the girl goes into the cryosleep. a decade later the earth is taken over by a nanomachine plague. all humans not sealed up somewhere were replaced by nanomachine copies. that the went on as normal, as if they were still really that person. though society sort of paused at that moment. most of the people in cryosleep in japan died as their chambers were not maintained during the plague era. the girl and a handful scattered at other facilities survive. eventually the nanomachine copies got back to work and the cancer cure had been already developed. so the copies got to work.

the girl is the only survivor of her cyro center. thought he government keeps their word and puts her up with a foster family. the others are healed and awakened in their cities respectively. things seem normal at first, then she picks up on little oddities here and there. None of the replicants seem to be able to understand what she is talking about. she eventually figures out she isn't crazy when a school research project sends her a library. where by change she bumps into one of the other actual humans, from the cryo labs. As indicated by a scar on their neck. he had also noticed the oddities and had been in the library looking for more newspapers and other periodicals. Since he had by accident been skimming through a wrong history book. which talked about a year of a plague and mass destruction and panic. then suddenly everything was better and the world rebuilt to how it was and went on.

the girl and the boy investigate but no one seems to know anything. they figure the only ones they can deal with are any other cyro survivors. so the travel japan and collect the other survivors.

Pepperoni Bologna is the the heir to the Bologna mafia family, one of the moat brutal and evil mafias in Los Rudos. The only problem is, he, wants to be a hero when he grows up, a cop, in fact, inspired by Detective Stromboli, an ex-hitman of the Bologna family turned cop and sensei figure of Pepperoni, who was killed by a mob hit. Trying to get these ideas out of his head, Pepperoni's dad sends him to St. Marconi's Academy, a cut throat boarding school teaching mob kids skills in street fighting and manipulation. The only way to graduate is for your own little student mafia to win in an all out tournament.

The kids of all the enemy mafias, yakuzas, bratvas, and cartels now all want to get rid of Pepperoni, not only for being part of a rival family but for also being a good guy.

Pepperoni now has to survive at St. Marconi's and form his own mafia within the school, all without losing his way

some of the other cyro survivors have more information on this "plague era". then they find the last one of them. whom was placed in a mental home. as she had completely shut down after a dead replicant who was broken into pieces and showing clear signs of being mechanical. the Cryo people convince the government that they will take care of her, and they all move into an old hotsprings inn up in the mountains. crazy eventually gets better. as she is surrounded by people she knows to be actually human and believe her. the cryo inn was a novelty in japanese media for a while. which brought it to the attention of the cloud consciousness. which runs in the subconsciousness of all replicants with out being noticed ever. the cryo people had been in the minds of enough replicants for the cloud to form its own thoughts on them. deciding they were worth a further look. it creates a replicant of one of the dead from the protagonist girl's cryo lab. complete with neck scar.

he then shows up at the inn and joins them. after months of living with them. cloud's avatar decides the humans are great. Avatar had even begun a romantic relationship with Girl. though cloud still isn't convinced. things take a turn for the worse when one of the cryos finally notices that the avatar is a replicant. the conflict among the residents of the inn cause a disproportionate influence on Cloud's judgement of the humans. cloud decides that the humans aren't worth it and they need to be replaced like everyone else was. Avatar on the other hand has a different opinion. avatar has a love for the humans. avatar has also been able to think about Cloud and the Replicants from an outside perspective. So Avatar kidnaps Girl and takes her with him to a place they can talk to Cloud. Avatar argues to cloud that the replicants are fundamentally flawed, but the humans can help them change for the better. along with Girl's impassioned defense of humanity, Cloud decides to give it a shot.

"Why Is My Isekai Adventure Just Summoning Crazy Chuuni Schoolgirls From Other Dimensions?"

An anime fanboy but otherwise normal Japanese highschool student discovers he has a strange ability when he is confronted by a magical beast from another world. He summons to his aid... a rather normal looking schoolgirl, who proceeds to speechify in a flowery, kind of crazy way before she busts out a giant dragon of black lightning to obliterate the beast. As the boy talks to her, he soon realizes she's completely nuts; an utter chuunibyou case, she never had any powers before. But now, thanks to him summoning her to his world, she has gained magic abilities matching her delusions.

Over the course of the show he summons a combat harem of deluded crazy schoolgirls who inherit magical powers thanks to being summoned by him. The final battle with the summoner of the magical beasts reveals the truth the boy is secretly from another world, it's why he's being targeted. Season 2 will feature the boy and his harem returning to his home dimension and exploring it for his real parents.

A MTG anime taking place during the Brother's War and the Phyrexian Invasion

Cloud decides that with the humans' consent. it will take biological material from them. creating new organic life and integrating it into all the replicants. so that one day, the replicants will be more human. avatar and girl return to the inn. where humans had been held but then released by cloud. Girl tells them what happened and to please give avatar a chance. avatar then takes all their hands and a little bit of their biological essence. avatar then says his good bye and sort of dissolves.

many months later. the humans at the inn are talking. saying how they have noticed the replicants aren't being odd anymore like they were. they are being odd in more human fashions. boy walks out to the courtyard and sees girl. who is sitting there and just sort of peacefully soaking in the sun. boy asks if she still misses avatar. girl says yes, but she'll always have a part of him with her. you can see that girl is exceptionally pregnant.

I didn't know I wanted this, until now.

Girl wants to admit she loves a boy. Come Christmas, he asks her out, but she rejects him out of embarassment. Depressed, he prepares to hang himself, as his relative had just died too.

The girl, regretting rejecting the guy, is visited by three ghost: of christmas past, present and future. They show her that she loves him; that the only thing that matters is the heart.

She arrives just in time to save him from suicide. She calls him a baka and they live happily ever after.

If it's a r63 universe, then why isn't a little sister?

So, the girl eventually turns out against humans like the other 7 before?

Does the catgirl body give him abilities to face the demons or something?

[Arcana warriors]
After the disapearance of his grandfather, our MC have to travel to another world to rescue him and defeat the rest of the arcana warriors, people with superpowers based on the tarot cards, after a series of events he obtain the power of the fool that allow him to summon any object as long as he concentrate in every part and know the parts that form it, his party consist in:
The hierophant: a guy(maybe?) with psychic powers.
The magician: MC's imouto who was accidentally isekai'd when the goddess "the world" tried to retrieve "the fool" card, she obtains the power to cast magic.
The grandpa: he is the former "The fool" he was captured after he visited the other world to investigate the return of "The joker".
The devil: a mercenary with the power to use his shadow to attack.
The star: a former slave girl who obtained the power to generate electric energy from her body and combine it with her martial arts.
The objective is to obtain the four elemental medallions hidden in very dangerous dungeons to unlock the "The World" card to defeat "The joker" and save the world.

>The Hero Was a Family Man?!

Standard Isekai intro average highschooler gets trucked awesome cheat skill yadayada. However, before the protag can make it to the capital of the kingdom and reach the king he gets lost in the forest and is saved by a christmas cake living in a large dilapidated house on the outskirts of a tiny village with only her young niece whose parents were killed in the war.

Rather than leave first thing in the morning our protag decides to stick around and help the two of them fix things up and repair some of the more serious problems with the house to pay back their kindness. In doing so he slowly falls in love with the christmas cake and becomes sort of surrogate father figure for the niece.

To help pay for materials he also becomes involved in the village, running errands for the villagers ranging from delivering food and hunting for meat to caring for the elderly and the war victims. Without even noticing a few days becomes a few weeks and he's made friends with many of the men of the village and is treated with warmth and respect.

On the day he intends to set out at last the christmas cake stops him at the door and begs him to stay, proposing they get married right away and adopt the niece as their daughter. Torn between his duty to end the war and his desires to stay with her and live in the village he immediately chooses to stay with her and forgets all about the war.

Summary: Standard Isekai adventure is derailed when the protag falls in love with a christmas cake and decides to marry her rather and live peacefully rather than safe the world

It could be really interesting. I imagine they overhype the villagers besides fighting themselves, it's a really metal concept.

Yours wasn't that long. Besides, the only ideas you can pitch in 3 sentences are purely shock value ideas that couldn't pull an entire story.

Is the world fucked up in the end because the hero failed to save it?

I missed it this year

Isekai where all slave girls must stay topless.

>taking place in Japan in 1947. The story revolves around a young Japanese boy who has to come to terms with living in American occupied Japan after growing up with all sorts of nationalist propoganda

Protag is isekai'd to a violent hellhole of a fantasy world wrought with poverty and destruction, where the people speak a horrid disgusting language and regard for human life is non-existent. Doing anything it takes to survive he goes on a massacre and together with his few allies must find a way back to his own world.

Eventually its revealed he was in Brazil all along.

A kid gets hit by a truck, and his spirit is contacted by a mysterious girl. The mysterious girl claims to be a Necromancer, and she's being killed. So, she transfers him all her powers and some of her memories, and summons his spirit as a reanimated dead in her world. Here in fantasyland, the hero discovers he's effectively a Necromancer, capable to speak and summon the dead, and he discovers that all Necromancers are sentenced to death by the royal forces. So he wanders the land, summonning the spirits of the dead, and discovering there's a reason for this crusade against Necromancers; there's a secret that died with the country's founderand the nobility doesn't want it to be revealed. There's a Holy Crusader girl that chases him everywhere and warms out to him, eventually joining his side.

Kid gets killed by a truck, wakes up in Hell. He wasn't good enough for heaven, but he isn't bad enough to be severely punished, so he keeps his body. Eventually he meets Satan, a cute girl that it's literaly tsundere for God, and the only reason she stays in Hell is because God told her she's cute, she called him baka and now she's too embarrassed to go back. Hell is a wacky place, since most sinners are reincarnated as weird creatures and very few people have human bodies, so MC helps Satan with ruling Hell and making it a better place. Eventually, he gets an harem of some of the most violent sinners from the world, who were all reincarnated as cute girls to seal their violence away.

Truck agian? Why so many isekai plot alway have something to do with truck anyway?

The world has been reduced to rubble. Humanity is nearly extinct. The half-destroyed cities have become uninhabitable through radiation. Beyond their boundaries, they say, lie endless burned-out deserts and the remains of splintered forests. Survivors still remember the past greatness of humankind. But the last remains of civilisation have already become a distant memory, the stuff of myth and legend.

More than 20 years have passed since the last plane took off from the earth. Rusted railways lead into emptiness. The ether is void and the airwaves echo to a soulless howling where previously the frequencies were full of news from America, Europe, and China. Man has handed over stewardship of the earth to new life-forms. Mutated by radiation, they are better adapted to the new world. Man's time is over.

A few score thousand survivors live on, not knowing whether they are the only ones left on earth. They live in the Tokyo Metro - the biggest air-raid shelter ever built. It is humanity's last refuge. Stations have become small states- nationstations, their people uniting around ideas, religions, water-filters - or the simple need to repulse an enemy incursion. It is a world without a tomorrow, with no room for dreams, plans, hopes. Feelings have given way to instinct - the most important of which is survival. Survival at any price.

Nakano-sakaue Station is the westernmost inhabited station on its line. It was one of the Metro's underground stations and still remains secure. But now a new and terrible threat has appeared. Hinako, a young girl living in Nakano-sakakue, is given the task of penetrating to the heart of the Metro, to the legendary Otemachi Station, to alert everyone to the awful danger and to get help. She holds the future of her native station in her hands, the whole Metro - and maybe the whole of humanity.

I don't know why, but everything seems to start with a truck.

MC is depressed and chooses to end it all afterschool, but Truck-kun has different plans for him. MC is presented before God, God mad a mistake killing him so he wants to send MC back and give him some cash and luck as compensation, however MC has nothing to live for and just wants to be dead. God takes pity on our MC so he does him a favor, he transports him to another world so MC can find meaning in living in another life and gives MC the ability to naturally attract people so he'll never be alone. Basically it's all about MC trying to find reason in his new life and he starts that quest by murdering tons of monsters (to his enjoyment) and learning how to fight from the cute girl that found him

The protagonist isn’t the person getting trucked. Instead, the story is about people already within the fantasy world dealing with the numerous sudden appearances of people from another world. Will these new people live in peace? Will any wizards get the urge to kidnap these newcomers & magically extract knowledge of inventions, war machines & use them to their advantage? What advances or wars will start as a result?

Plot twist:Our world used to be the isekai world before people from other worlds came to it & altered it by either introducing all sorts of scientific theories hundreds of years ahead of their time or by causing disasters to set back progress. This cycle has been going on for eons.

So MC is gonna have Hitler and Charles Manson in his harem right?

There is a teenaged karateka in Tokyo who dedicates himself to the study of unarmed combat. As he trains, he meditates intently, clearing his mind with ease. One day he rises from meditation to find himself in a medieval-looking town. Here, martial arts are king, and someone who trains both body and mind as the protagonist has can bring forth incredible powers both in and out of combat.
It seems that the ability to summon warriors from other worlds is one such application of these powers, and that the protagonist was "picked up" from our world as he meditated.
Hoping to solve the mystery of how he got there, further himself as a martial artist, and ultimately find a way home, he sets off on a quest to learn powerful new techniques. But will his skills be enough to survive in a world where even mice can fire blasts of chi?

Basically, it's an isekai where everyone is a monk and the protag's OP skills are more than balanced out by everything else's.

There was a one episode special when the first games came out

>MTG anime
Take my money right fucking now I really hope the MTG MMO that's being developed turns out to be good

Fantasy world where a race of humanoid beasts who never need to sleep live an idyllic village/tribal lifestyle among the rolling hills and fields of their ancestral homeland. Instead of somnolence, these creatures replenish themselves by occasionally vanishing into thin air, often temporarily but sometimes permanently. The MC is troubled by the loss of his closest friend, who is one of the last to Disappear before God bestows upon his people a "blessing" that replaces their vanishing with a period of resting wake, wherein they seem to drift around listlessly. MC finds himself questioning his people's religious dogma in his determination to find out where his friend has gone.

MC is actually a character in a full-dive VRMMO that uses a player's brain for processing and "rendering", but offloads memory to an external storage system, which allows players to experience living another life without their regular memories intruding. The introduction of an increasingly-sophisticated bot system that keeps player-characters active even when the player is logged off is causing some characters to become self-aware, which the MC's player slowly begins to realize as he reviews his online experiences. The two begin to try to contact each other and puzzle over the implications for both worlds.

A NEET got ran over by a truck and ended up in hell. There's no waifu's, there's only hairy demons and suffering.

A thousand years ago, heroes were summoned to defeat the demon king, but someone forgot to turn the summoning machine off.

Now each century a bunch of overpowered teenagers appear in a world that doesn't need them, and many of them go power-crazed, causing mayhem and making things worse for everyone.

It's an isekai where humans and monsters coexist in a same society, but the monsters are classic horror movie monsters like vampires, zombies, mummies, werewolfs, Frankenstein monsters, ghosts, swamp creatures, etc. The MC is assigned as a police officer who have to solve misterious murders, fight and arrest many criminals in this world filled with various monsters and mad scientists.

That's it, i finally found a plot for Sword Art Online spin-off.

I guess i can go to luxury isekai world if i got hit by Limousine.

user-kun is a hikkikomori who spends all his time watching anime, reading manga and shitposting on his favorite anonymous anime imageboard.
One day for some reason he got a very special case of deadly japanese cold (with microscopic truck-kuns) passing out in an instant.
Somehow he Isekai'd to a world where at first was a normal fantasy world, but he realizes that every day inside that world is a different genre of anime. Each day/episode will have the same set of characters who looks the same every day but their personality and interactions are different.
He doesn't get anything special in this world, he's still a below average guy who has nothing interesting and on top of that he has social anxiety, so he's only a background character in every day/episode.

>twist
Turns out user-kun is in a special kind of Isekai-coma.
The only way to escape that world is by being the MC in at least one day/episode.

In the last episode he accidentally killed the MC, automatically becoming the MC himself. But not knowing what to do, he commits sudoku. END

I had this ideia where the protag comes from a space age civ, complete with AIs and stuff, to a world that didn't need heroes, but for some reason they keep getting dropped there.
He becomes a guard in the main capital and deals with wannabe heroes and demon lords, plus the elves are the bad guys.

If we can have sports anime why can't we have e-sports anime? Not MOBAs though those are boring to watch

Otaku gets struck on the head by a flying toy truck one day and passes out, only to wake up in another world. He's still a loser but with a fresh start and qt tomboy adventurer who pushes him towards an adventurer's life. He might out to be a chosen one who can kill the demon lord after which point he can return home. His tomboy companion turned friend constantly pushes him around, encouraging him to train and be positive and active, taking charge of life and MC has no choice but to comply. But one day he falls asleep and wakes up back in his original world, having woken from a coma. He's still a scrawny, dirty loser back home but he clearly remembers his experiences. He mopes around for a few days until he falls asleep and wakes back up in the isekai world, no time having passed, where he continues adventuring thanks to the tomboy's incessant pushing. He picks up more people and ends up saving a town from a pack of demons led by a higher up demon officer, cementing his status as a hero, albeit a minor one.

After the long fought battle he falls asleep and as you might imagine he wakes up back in his own world. This one lasts a long time, at first he mopes around but he's been changing as a person. He cleans up, starts exercising and gets a part time job. It's nearly 2 months before he goes back. They continue adventuring, beating up demons, gaining friends, and becoming more personable and confident. He continues going back and forth between the worlds, no time progressing at all in one while he's gone. He starts to improve in his own world too, becoming fit, making friends, and becoming a person fit for society. He even meets up with some of his online friends only to find out one of them is a manager at a large business who offers a (low-level) full-time position to MC, saying he can learn on the job. MC, remembering his tomboy friend's encouragements, accepts. He starts working full time during the day and going to cram school to expand his ability at night.

MC is a byzanboo that gets mugged because the work office where he picks up his checks is in a bad neighborhood. He dies after being struck in the head and left in the cold while out cold. God takes pity on him and offers to send him to a new world, MC flatly refuses and demands to either be sent to heaven or be sent back to the Middle Ages where he is reborn in Constantinople, and desires to be robed in the Imperial Purple and bring a new Pax Romana.

Cue political intrigue, battles against dirty Bulgarians, and an autistic, uncompromising desire to change the fate of the stagnating Byzantine Empire.
I'd willingly die right now if God would let me spend a couple of days walking around Constantinople at the height of the Byzantine Empire

I honestly can't think of a worse sounding language than portuguese except maybe mandarin.

It's nearly been two months and MC is doing well, performing well at work and staying fit and healthy and clean. He's better at managing his time and he feels much happier and less mopey all the time. But he's starting to realize he has a huge problem. He misses the other world and he misses his tomboy friend and her goading and radiating positivity. When he falls asleep he wishes to go back and he does. Things in the isekai are moving along too, with only one demon officer left before the demon king can be reached. MC feels conflicted, knowing that once the demon king is gone he'll go back, probably for good. He doesn't know what he'll do, if he can pick between the two. He thinks to himself that it wouldn't be terrible if he could keep switching, but it's also tiring and confusing sometimes to be gone long stretches of time only to pop back in the other world. He considers confessing his love to the tomboy but chickens out, not wanting to commit. But to his surprise the tomboy grabs him and confesses first. He puts up a cool front and they joke around but when he goes to sleep he goes back to his own world.

People have noticed he's changed, more distressed and distracted. He plays it off saying it's just because cram school is tough, but his mind is stuck on the other world. This time he goes back quicker and goes to confront the last demon officer, who can peak into people's hearts and preys on MC's anxiety. The demon says if they just hand over land and the people who live there as slaves he can convince the demon lord to call a truce so MC's stay in the isekai world won't ever come to an end. The demon retreats to the demon king's side and leaves them to consider it. No one's really convinced, it's ethically wrong, but MC wants to believe in that and starts lowkey bringing up the offer until tomboy calls him out. He explains that when it's done, he has to go back to his world and he explains what's been happening to him too for good measure.

Main character is dead, along with a bunch of other people, but they're all in a white room. An Angel appears, and explains that, due to Heaven being filled to the brim with souls, they're being sent to a new realm, Cyber Space. Upon arriving there, one thing becomes clear, your soul can be extinguished by the creatures that already inhabit it. A band of characters must use whatever Cyber Space provides to create a safe heaven for all souls that arrive in it. They must survive system crashes, games, data streams, viruses, and nulls.

About a random noname who starts taking multiple hard drugs and hallucinates a different scenario every episode. Each episode will be in a different art style and will have subtle hints about the nonames background and history and why he started taking drugs. By the time you fully know about the guy he is sent to the ER and has a final trip that also somehow resolves all the problems in his life.

He thanks her for everything, telling her how she's changed his life so much and that he'll always be grateful to have met her. This time she's conflicted about it, and tells him to make the decision, but that she's always loved him for his righteousness.

They make it to the demon king and lay him out, MC is still conflicted but delivers the final blow. The demon army no longer has any leaders and if they don't disperse back to their natural patterns they'll be easier for humanity to push back. He doesn't say much before fading away. When he's back in his world he's right back where he left off. His mood starts to get worse and worse and his work, while not super important, suffers and people notice. Finally, his friend and manager takes him out to talk about it and spills some sophistry that encourages MC. MC decides that he'd be wasting everything the people of the other world gave to him and decides to try his best, not necessarily for the sake of the job, but to live life doing everything in his power. He climbs up the corporate ladder for years, excelling at his work before he takes his leave, having written a few books about his adventures. People he met while working helped him get published and they sold well enough that he figured he'd switch careers to something he always wanted to do.

He takes a trip to a different country to do some research and he stops at a small shop where he runs into a familiar face. He almost drops everything and briefly loses his composure before shaking it off. It couldn't be, just a coincidence. Feeling emotional he just decides to just leave. But the shop clerk who looks just like the tomboy stops him and smiles and says, "I won't let you pull a vanishing act again"

A boy falls in love with a girl, however, when he tries to confess, the girl is hit by a deadly Japanese truck. Grief stricken, the boy attends the girls funeral. There, he meets a mysterious man in strange robes who tells him the girl is still alive. The man explains that people who are hit by Japanese trucks don't die, but are instead reincarnated in a fantasy world. The MC vows to find the girl. The only way to do so is to be reborn in world after world until he finds hers. The man in robes says he can help, and gives the boy a key fob, explaining that it can summon a Japanese truck no matter what world he's in, allowing him to travel from world to world. It's enchanted to always travel with him.
>some worlds he's reincarnated as himself
>some worlds he's genderbent
>some worlds he's some sort of monster
>some he's super overpowered
>others he's weak as fuck
>combinations of the above happen as well.

Would watch

TheGoddes of Order from another world needs some heroes, so creates a multiplayer game and sends it to several other worlds to see who'd be best to get the shit done. She decides on a group of 5 guys who are easily the best team on the boards. Time comes to bring them to her world, waits for them all to be playing together to suck them into the game they are playing. 5th guy rage quits while the ritual is still going, and with no way to stop it. He starts playing Not!DOOM, and gets sent there instead gets sucked in.

Rip and Tear.

10/10

I like this one.

Guy finds a video streaming website kinda like YouTube but all the videos are from the future.

That's literally Devil Survivor.

After being vanquished by the hero, the BBEG gets isekai'd to another world. Decidedly unhappy with the circumstance, he decides to undergo a training arc in which he slaughters the inhabitants of the new world. Yet unbenownst to him, this world has its own BBEG (and hero) who isn't too happy about a newcomer standing him up.

A hero, that's what he should have been. That's what everyone expected him to be, and indeed through the hero gene that manifests under special circumstances he very much had the skills and ability required to be one. The world needed a hero after all, you would just need to look at the giant stone golems that wander the world, powered by a mysterious light and with seemingly one directive, to kill all humans. There are many tales of humanity living in grander times but with their current state you'd find that hard to believe. Humanity cannot fight back, living nomadic lifestyles while constantly on the run from these strange golems.
Only one could save them, but he refused to. After all, he felt nothing for humanity. Everyone treated him like the ultimate weapon, they revered him and feared him. He had no ties with anyone, and he was far above a normal person. Just as one ignored the existence of an ant, he was a being beyond humans and thus ignored their plight and did not trouble himself with them. In his aimless wandering around the world, he encounters 4 children who are sheltered in a ruin. These 4, named Hapi, Compa, Grity and Pea, ran away. The tribe they were from went mad from despair, so they layed idle. They did not hope for a future any longer, and waited for the coming death. The parents of the 4 had done the same, but the 4 did not wish to die. They ran away from home to live and through great difficulty had managed to live. The hero found it intriguing, interesting that 4 human children surviving in a world that swallows even the adults were living and smiling. He couldn't contain his curiosity, so he approached them, introducing himself as a travelling wanderer who got too far from his tribe. The children had happily accepted him, and in his time with them he found himself to be slowly changing. Their hope, enthusiasm starts to change him. As he interacts with them he starts to care for them. The children too, start to see him as a father figure.

Sounds entirely too similar to Blame!

Would watch it though.

When the children were attacked by a golem, the hero (who had never attacked nor struck down a golem in his life) crushed it with no hesitation. As his perception on humanity begins to change, so will his stance on saving people. He eventually starts to recognise life as worth saving and begins to become more of a hero, not because he has to but because he himself desires to protect life.

Some tidbits: Story is post apocalyptic, modern humanity is destroyed by the stone golems which are sent by a massively advanced alien race hellbent in the destruction of mankind
The hero gene is something that awakens in one or two people (depending on the circumstances) in response to a threat that threatens a large community. The power the gene grants grows in response to how grave the threat is, the souls of the deceased and the fear of the people. The hero in the story was formed from something that threatened the existence of humanity, killed billions and perpetuated an everlasting fear, he is massively powerful which is why he sees himself as a godlike being initially.
The aliens intention is to prevent the upbringing of a beast which they foresaw. This beast is destined to kill them all, so they decided to attack the race which would bring it out. The hero is the actual beast. The hero manages to find out the aliens are behind the golems, and while initially shocked Pea starts to introduce the idea of coexistence. While initially baffled at first everyone started to warm up to that best possible solution and when they finally thought they got an audience what they got instead was a massive army intended to kill the hero and slay humanity once and for all. Pea is killed by a sniper who shoots her directly in the heart. The hero is in denial and believes she's taking, but he places his hand on her pulse. He remembers her smile, her joy and her hope. He remembers all the good times with her

Continued from last post
His initial sadness quickly transforms into a blistering fury, in fact it's not just him. The remains of humanity, the souls inside him had enough. He essentially becomes the embodiment of humanities rage, his voice starts to sound like billions are speaking at once, occasionally one voice unlike his own would start to talk about what they've lost and how they would pay. The intense negativity consumes him, he essentially became what they feared. A being hellbent on the annihilation of their entire race. However this awakens the hero gene of Grity, who is supposed to be the savior of the alien race. He and the other two wish to free the hero of his hate because it's not what they want, and it's not what Pea would have wanted too. I can't really think past this part to be honest.

>Medieval world with might and magic D&D style
>MC wakes up in it after falling asleep in hospital
>The world is divided with conflict with 3 major factions
>The "good" (holy magic wielders) the "bad" (unholy/undead magic wielders) and the "neutral" (misc magic / non-paladin knights etc)
>The MC has prophetic vision of the future upon his arrival where he sees 4th faction emerging (demons)
>In MC's vision the demons have already won the war and are ravaging the lands with the 3 factions respectively getting their asses kicked
>MC hears a voice of a sage telling him this is the future of this land should the thread of fate remain unaltered, the voice of the sage urges the MC to find a way to prevent that future
>The MC has to find a way to unite the factions either through diplomacy or conquest, however being completely oblivious to the local politics the MC fucks things up instead of helping
>MC's actions end up giving one of the factions way too much power which leads to them trying to conquer and subjugate the other 2
>The MC becomes hated among the other 2 factions and betrayed by the one they helped, MC is confronted by an order made to preserve the balance of power to prevent exactly what just happened
>MC tells the order of his visions and the words of the sage, turns out the sage was part of that order and confirms MC's story when MC is brought in for questioning
>MC now has to ally with the order to take down the strongest faction and unite the other 2 before they are too weakened to fight the demons
>MC has to seek out his old allies that fought alongside him when he was still allied to the currently strongest faction
>Some of his old friends don't like his new alliances and refuse, MC also makes friends with some of his old enemies he used to fight against
>MC embarks on his quest to save the realm

oh, haven't heard of it lol

A modern Earth-like world, but with only a single continent, suddenly has a fantasy-world continent appear on the opposite side of the globe. The modern nations scramble to conquer or 'protect' their new neighbors and their resource-rich lands, ushering in a tense period of economic and geopolitical instability. And probably there are some monstergirl foreign exchange students or some shit like that.

Would watch/read in manga mode.

>MC is truck-kun driver
>someone crosses the road without looking, MC dodges, but crashes and dies
>MC gets isekai'd into cliché fantasy world
>so is truck-kun
>who is alive
>not like Cars, more like it can talk trough the radio speakers and move on his own
>big bad, MC and truck-kun decide to defeat the big bad, yada yada

A time travelling psychopath bitch cunt makes a time machine to fuck up her ex boyfriend's life in every single moment of his life.

Another one:
>MC gets isekai'd to cliché fantasy world
>BUT, he's on the evil lord's side
>however, everybody believes they are doing the right thing
>he realizes it, but a lot of people depend on him now
>screw it, it's too far gone anyway
>eventually him and his companions ascent trough the army's ranks
>by the time the war is won, MC and his companions are a key part on the victory
>they go from place to place doing "reparations"
>country becomes a dictatorship, but with very low crime and good education

This popped in my mind just now after I remember that game Tirany exists.
