Osaka's dream is the entire reason I don't bother with it. Tomo's and Kaorin's are fine and funny but Osaka's dream takes up the rest of the episode and it's dull. I generally like the more drawn out nature of the nokes and think the episode long running gags and drawing out the time before the punch line work well in the show's favor but that's one of the few times where it doesn't.
Any time Osaka goes into weird fantasies regarding Chiyo and Chiyo-chichi really because it takes away from the slapstick and character based humor.
