Except the opposite happened. When episode 1 aired it was hated by every single poster in every single thread, because it's objectively shit. By the time episode 2 aired, people were pretending to like it ironically because it triggers anons.
You're the newfag here. The episode 3 rule is not "you must watch 3 eps before having an opinion". It's "if you're still on the fence by ep 3, drop it because it probably won't get better". It's a shit rule in either case, if you can't tell if something is good or not by the end of ep 1, you haven't watched enough anime.
