I think Rea is pretty boring, I didn't really like her but her route in general was great.

Her casual dialogue is among the funniest in the VN but as a character, she was the weakest of the heroines. Kasumi's irrelevance was actually something of a plot point and very intentional, so I don't even hold it against her.
Marie is self-explanatory, and Kei was a VERY strong heroine. Mainly due to how much Masada loved to see her suffer.
Rea didn't really click with me like the others. Didn't help that she (and pretty much Ren) is a side-character in her route. That was pretty much the LDO arc ft. the protagonists who have to be there...i guess.
