It reminds me of G-Reco's second OP using some random J-pop song that has no connection to the visuals, which are just clips from the show itself. This is more egregious since the recycled animation is almost entirely from the first cour, some of which was also used in the first opening.

I really don't see how anyone could like either of the OP's the only good parts were the first half of the first OP where it was still all slow and mysterious, after that, like the second op, it just devolves into a clip show while the song goes by and is generally super unfitting.
The only good thing in the OP/ED aspect was the first ED, everything else was garbage.

I think showing clips from the episodes somehow worked with OP1 because we were yet to see them. It created some hype for what's to come and when the scenes did happen in the show, recognizing them from the OP was something to look forward to. When I fist saw the second OP, I seriously thought that they were just doing a recap episode. Recyclying footage was a mistake, it looks like a crappy AMV with a disgusting song.
Speaking of EDs, I wish a full version of the OVA ED existed. I love it.

Even the first few times I watched it I figured that it looked cheap and weird, the song and the clips go by way to fast to be appreciated, for a show like this, I figured they should be able to put the effort in to make a proper OP, but as it is, both of them are just jumbled messes, like I said, only thing I liked and that felt fitting for this show was the first ED, the second one isn't as bad as the OP's but it still feels really generic.

When it's the chorus of the song and the first half of the OP had been leading up to it I'd expect more than just a super fast cut of clips that don't mean much of anything without context.
The first half of the first OP is good since it has a mysterious magical vibe but once it gets to the chorus, the main part of the song, it just devolves into a supercut of clips that make no sense to the viewer. For a show like this, I expected something a little more subtle, or at the very least, not a fucking clip show.

As it is, the chorus is just too fast and jumbled to be appreciated, and just throwing in a bunch of fast clips with 0 context is just lazy and cheap.
