Pretty good. Overall it's a lot different than the first, with a lot more focus being put on the rest of the group as well as the introduction of the other onii-chans.
Also bushy eyelashes and cake sister are introduced. They're fun.

I like to rewatch the series every few months, or just have it on as background noise when I'm working. Umaru just makes me so happy.

i also wanted to add that Umaru is a tragic and painful for me to remember because i've watched it with my younger sister. we were laughing so much. but then, after more than a year she got married out of nowhere and we don't talk anymore. i thought that maybe a second season will help me a little because she was the only human who talked to me sometimes. sorry for offtopic
