Anno vs Otaking

Who has better taste?

Otaking:
10) "Space Battleship Yamato"
9) "The Adventures of Gamba"
8) "3000 Leagues in Search of Mother"
7) "Mobile Suit Gundam"
6) "Daicon IV"
5) "Urusei Yatsura 2: Beautiful Dreamer"
4) "Laputa Castle in the Sky"
3) "Crayon Shin-chan: The Storm Called: The Adult Empire Strikes Back"
2) "Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica"
2) "Hana no Utame Gothicmade"
1) "Ping Pong The Animation"
1) "Osomatsu-san"

Anno:
1. Yamato (1974, TV)
2. Mobile Suit Gundam (1979, TV)
3. Gundam–Char’s Counterattack (1988, movie)
4. Legendary Giant IDEON (1980, TV & movie)
5. Animal Treasure Island (1971, movie)
6. Fight! Pyuta! (1968, TV)
7. Future Boy Conan (1978, TV)
8. Aim at Ace (1973, first TV series)
9. Tom & Jerry (1944)

My taste

>No CGDCT
Both suck

>Daicon IV
>Tom & Jerry

Fight Pyuta subs never

>Otaking

Anno, how is this even a question? Otaking is a full on brainlet who fell for absolute garbage like meguka.

Different person

>2) "Hana no Utame Gothicmade"
BD when

Considering Anno doesn't restrict himself with japanese animation, it's not entirely fair, no? Tom and Jerry is fucking amazing and universal.

Also, the so called Otaking seems to scream "image chart + recent anime", without much cohesion. Props for liking Gamba, though. And which of the gazillion Osomatsus is his favourite? Same thing with Gundam... He's also oddly specific with the Shin Chan film, although I don't blame him, Adult Empire is pretty great.

Both cheat in putting movies with TV animation, also.

Source for Okada's list?

>9. Tom & Jerry (1944)
based

no LOGH
plebs

>same thing with gundam

Mobile suit gundam it's only 0079 faggot

They're both just honest and straight forward taste when asked for their favourite animation, that's why. They weren't concerned with setting restrictions or criteria.
>the so called Otaking seems to scream "image chart + recent anime"
Okada has been working in anime since before you were born. He didn't look at an image chart, he was there when they aired for the first time.

Osomatsu-san I believe is refering to the new series since the old one was called Osomatsu-kun.

You know, maybe I'm too infected with shit to not see that. I mean, anyone that genuinely appreciates Shin Chan movies and Marco should be good in my book.

Sorry for the earlier post. One thing, what the fuck is Hana no Utame Gothicmade? Is it good? It's legit the only thing I haven't watched from there.

You know Anno praised Madoka too, right?

No one has seen Gothicmade

I wanna watch it but I've never even seen it subbed and I'm EOP.

It's not even uploaded to the net.
