The thing about DogaKobo was that they adapted the source material very well in a audio-visually pleasing way. The specific color palette they chose for the show fit very well and the music was also akin to the tone of the show (especially character songs, OPs and EDs). It was full of fun. They tried to adapt faithfully. TYO overdid things a bit too much, like the King's Game episode by adding a pointless visual Death Note reference and extending the game with student council members. I love the source material and season 1, I adore season 2 (my favorite slice of lice anime), but I just don't like season 3. There are people that say the season 3 was better than the first two and that's just beyond me to understand.
