Gonna watch the episode when the subs come out before judging too much but looking at the images posted here it looks like the anime is going more and more off the rails with where it's going compared to the manga. It seems even more extreme than what was done with the original since the anime only card captures still generally fit with the tone of everything else but the anime's tone here is getting more and more different with every episode. I guess it's just because what happens in the manga wouldn't make for very interesting episodes but it still feels completely contrary to what the story in the manga seems to be leading up to.

with all the changes it's safer to just asume that this is CC for the anime canon and the CC manga is for the manga canon, and knowng CLAMP they migh as well count as two separated worlds coexisting in the CLAMP universe

Oh I loved it as a kid, that unfortunately also was the last time I actually saw it. Barely remember how it diverged from the manga apart from Meiling and having a lot more cards.
I'm worried that taking in that much Sakura in just half a year might be too much.

It was a slow episode, kind of like episode 5, I didn't hate it but I would have preferred if they separated Snooze and Labyrinth. Also I thought Yuna's smile when Akiho told him Sakura was nice to her looked more malicious in the manga, but I guess only Syaoran can look suspicious in the anime.
