What is the most badass, anime OST of all time? OP/ED's don't count.
Don't think there's anything more badass than Majin Vegeta's theme.

Post one non-insert song from the Japanese OST that surpasses the SSJ3 theme, you can't.
looks like Sup Forums got rused
>amerikek ost

Every damn song in that album beats Falcouners' ass, and that's just talking Buu saga. I really don't know how DBZ got that popular in USA without the original OST, it added so much
That's just a orchestral remix of We Gotta Power. Nothing original or special on Kikuchi's part, all the credit goes to Kageyama there. Meanwhile all of Faulconer's tracks are composed from the ground up.
My fool self had selected an original song but ended up deleting it and going for the instrumental.

Alright every other song that isn't a remix still was godlike in adding atmosphere
>shitforbrains mexicans arguing about shitty synth dbz soundtracks
fuck off back to your super threads, blanco
But we mexicans had the real OST in our dub, it wasn't spics the ones with the synth soundtrack. Maybe that's why we like it so much it's the official anime of the country.
The Fusion Reborn Gogeta theme and it's derivatives are unmatched.
>Not posting Violence of the Flame as well
come on man
I prefer the sub nowadays, but the Bruce Faulconer Productions score will always hold a special place in my heart.

some of the themes still resonate strongly with me. kind of funny how none of the actual English voice actors seem to like it, or at least Sean Schemmel and Chris Sabat don't seem to.
>tfw planning on re-watching this soon
can't w8
I'm watching Kai, and its soundtrack is pretty good and actually rather Faulconer-esque. But of course, sometimes it goes back to synth trumpet and synth violin, which suited DB way more than DBZ, and honestly was a joke when matched with the Androids and Cell. BUR BUR BUR BURRRRR give me a fucking break. Give me that tedious but badass Faulconer shit.
Kai's soundtrack is pretty inconsistent. The highlight are probably the insert songs, they give a lot of scenes more impact.

raoh vs ken gets me every time
Sup Forums is the only place on the internet that hates the Faulconer OST. Everyone else eats it up, to the point of editing Kai to re-insert it.
Why?
Because Sup Forums is possibly the most contrarian place in existence

As if watching it the first time wasn't pathetic enough.
Magi got an overall great OST, but these two stand out.
