I have noticed that Chito is very mean to Yuuri without good reason.

through out the show you can tell that there friendship is strong and that its a play fight that friends do they are trying to survive in the city and i think that its more of "lets be careful" from chi to yuu, chi has said that her life has no meaning without yuu (same from yuu) and they have been shown to have more than just "friend" feelings for one-other (romantic)
