I MISS YOU
it's called asmr
I don't know that I've ever had this experience, from music or anything else. To me goosebumps just mean i'm cold.
that is disgusting
Right? Never. I sometimes watch tv with my sister and she uses the phrase and genuinely has goosebumps. I don't get it.
>tfw music used to make me feel this way but it doesn't make me feel anything anymore
aging sucks bros
The last chorus for If You Could Save Yourself
I know where you're from
But where do you belong?
In this life like weeds
You're the dirt I'll breathe
In this life like weeds
You're a rock to me

>By then it was too late and you wound up on an island of shells and bones that bodies had left
>And the one thing you taught me about human beings was this
>They ain't made of nothing but water and shit
I actually never really liked La Dispute but I gotta give them props for getting the strongest goosebumps out of me on a lonely night.
the two last guitar parts on Yobs Adrift in the ocean and the last couple minutes of smzs blindblindblind

When it reaches 5:31 I can't help but getting goosebums.
...
first lines in tigers jaw - the sun
as someone who loves weezer including not acclaimed albums i find this a strange choice
baby
This album had a great ending
The whole album is quite dull with a monotone voice telling you stories and then all the emotion just bursts out at the end
SO LET'S GET ON WITH IT
>when it goes from 'I Love Kanye' to 'Waves'
everytime
ALL IS FULL OF LOVE
Probably because you're a pair of rapfags who never listen to anything interesting.
not them but rap gives me goosebumps sometimes just like other genres do
>the juke synth on the last track

>trying this hard
TUR'MEYUP

this
Everyone always picks this moment in the album, and while it is a great moment, nothing comes close to "I HEARD THE FORTUNE TELLER, SCREAMING BACK AT ME" imo.
There are a couple moments like that on this album.
>Chance's verse on ULB
>when Kanye starts rapping on FML
>the end of Wolves
Underrated
Traffic - Welcome To The Canteen
Flood - The Rise Of Flood
Ann Peebles - I Can't Stand The Rain
these albums all fuck me up
plenty of others but these are springing to mind rn
it's not aging, it's because you listen to music you don't like or don't like anymore.
that often happens when you listen to certain artists or bands not because you WANTED to listen to them but because you HAD to listen to them.
little tip: try listening to music because you like it and not for impressing other people.
AND THE SHALLOW WATER STRETCHES AS FAR AS I CAN SEE
The end in Starless tho...
You forgot Frank's track
>BE
>a love supreme, a love supreme
BUT HOW DOES SHE SAIL WITH NO WIND IN HER SAILS AND NO TIDE
(and btw you know exactly what I'm talking about despite my post being a single word)
When the guitar comes in after "But I remember everything" on Hurt
When the drums change in Hunter

>Mouth organ in Nirgendheim
Should I listen to this? I've seen this album posted here for half a decade and haven't really ever considered listening to it.
Is it as good as everyone says? If so? what mood should I be in to experience it and what drugs should I be on (if any)?
Rap has given me Goosebumps.
Love It Here by J Dilla, first time I heard Sing About Me by Kendrick, first time I heard Book of Soul by Ab-Soul, Daylight by Aesop Rock (personal reasons, I have memories hangin with my older brothers on the beach with that song playing in the background), Family Business by Kanye, Heavenly Father by Isaiah Rashad.
I can go on. What's Goin On by Marvin is unparalleled in the amount of goosebumps you get from listening to it tho.
don't overhype it for yourself
it's pretty dark and somewhat gloomy do yourself a favor and listen to the lyrics which can be quite uplifting especially the lyrics of the first song. and don't be deterred by the second song (which is obviously the worst one).
Yes, yes you should
It's one of my favorite albums of all time, and it's quite impressive especially since it was made by teenagers
It's a pretty dark isolated mood, you don't need any drugs for it
It might take you a few listens for it to click though, the first time i listened to it i thought it was whatever, then after a couple listens it hit me like a brick, it's pretty insane
>STEEEEEEEEEP INSIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDE ME NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW
When i experience goosebumps i often experience "the tingles" as well so he's not totally wrong
you mean the avian dermis?
Been a good few months since that's happened to me.
>I'm tired of fuckin runnin, I'm tired of this shit
>my brother, homie
21 century schizoid man
4:37
More like 5:18 desu
Fly to a dream
Far across the sea
All the burdens gone
Open the chest once more
Dark chest of wonders
Seen through the eeeeeeeyes
Of the one with puuure heeeart
Once, so long ago
>Alvin Row
Is it a meme to say Nosferatu Man is the worst song? It's like my favorite on the album. The drums are the best of any track on the album, and the riffs are bizarre.
I just discovered this last night. Sick Album.
WHAT THE FUCK in story 2.
actually the entirety of story 2
i actually really dislike it i can't even really put my finger on it even though it's really dark and seemingly fits the other songs it's just out of line in some way for me
that ending from 10:50 on

that solo at 5:10

this track in general, just wicked

When the bass hits on the first song. It basically outlines the pace of the music. 2gud
