Saints Row IV, I don't know if it's just the simulation but everytime I buy clothes it never saves and goes back to the default clothes you get at the beginning of the game.

a few hours ago I started playing BloodBorne and after crossing the bridge those 2 huge wolf started following me stairs down, one of them worked fine and I battle it, but the other jumped over the stairs and got stuck between a wall and a metal fence, and it started going batshit over there, there were moments that it felt like he was going to fly over me, sometime looked like it was running up the wall only to fall back in the same place still stuck

I plaued Ratchet Deadlocked, HD Edition, and all the characters seem to stutter in their animation, and I even saw halfway through Ratchet's head. Surely the work of an enemy stand, [I D O L M I N D S]

While I'm sure there's a better example I can't remember. One time in SM64, I was flying around Lethal Lava Land and got wedged underneath the log and I couldn't move, I didn't take any damage but when the flying hat wore off I instantly died.

Playing Shantae VC on my 3DS it suddenly froze the forest path that goes to Water Town. Should have taken a photo, the whole 3DS froze with some weird symbols. Thankfully it has only happened once but I'm scared each session because I don't want to lose my progress
