Winston's ult does shit damage but has huge knockback. It's meant to bully enemies off the point, not necessarily rack up kills.

I'm also pretty sure it fully heals you so you can pop it when you have 20 HP

I know about the knockbacks and the medicore damage, the thing is once you pop it and start attacking I basically can't really keep track of where the enemies are anymore.
