Why is no one here talking about it?

Why is no one here talking about it?

More importantly, why isn't Faith's model on SFMLab?

About what?
Are you dissapointed?

We did earlier

It's a fucking disappointment. As usual, EA proved their incompetence.

>Story is garbage
>Open world only contributes to grinding
>You have to unlock shit you could do in the previous game
>Forced combat
>Faith is unlikable as fuck

>Faith is unlikable as fuck
What did they do to her? She didn't seem that bad in the first game

Make me a fun game and I'll talk about it

It isn't released yet.

It's really not an issue concerning Faith. All the characters are shit and pretty much no one is likeable.

>isnt released yet

????

manface

About shit?

At least not in civilized parts of the world

Not even IGN could give it a good score. Based Ryan Mccaffrey gave it a 6/10 "it's okay" basically saying what the other anons here have said, adding that the few good parts are the parkour itself and all that

>SJWs
>manface
>mattress
>grind to unlock parkour
>being terrible in general

RIP in peace Mirrors Edge. F

Because it's ME. There's nothing to talk about. The normies don't care about it beyond playing it, and the fans aren't the type to talk about in places like this.

I'm highly anticipating it yet I don't go making threads. It's not that type of game.

IS it torrentable? Don't tell me this shit has Denuvo

Of course it does.

>Ryan Mccaffrey
>The same guy who gave Alien: Isolation 5.9

I really liked the first game too and I have preordered this but I pretty much know already that it wont be that great. I've seen the previews, and fucking unlocking basic skills just has no place in the game. I just hope the time trials will be good once you actually have all that stuff unlocked.

I guess buyfags win again. Too bad I have to pay rent this month.

When will they crack it?

is this game out already?

I played the beta. It was a solid 9/10. Unlocking is literally the only criticism I had, but you get all the core shit within the hour anyway.

It's not about just liking ME. I spent over 200 hours speedrunning the thing, and that's how I'm approaching this one. I don't care about the story. All I care about is speedrunning, and I was on the fence about MEC until I started playing the Dash modes.

As long as they have a lot of them (and they fix some bugs) it'll be a 10/10 for any true ME fan.

Don't make me say it

All EA new gaems going to have denuvo
This current anti-tamper is not even cracked, and its not going to be.

>ye

the beta was trash

In the US, coming out in EU on thursday morning.

Get with the times Blackbeard

this desu senpai

THEY CANT CRACK IT YOU FUCKING PIRATEFAG
how about you get a fucking job you loser? Then you can buy all the games you want.
Denuvo is the best thing that's happened to gaming in the past decade. Keeps shitters from playing games they don't deserve.

Well that sucks. Haven't been pirating for a while so I'm out of the loop. Doesn't everything get cracked eventually though?

It came out last night at 9 PM Pacific. I was playing on my PS4 and everything.

its crackable but it takes so much time and effort i think the hackers just gave up

denuvo games are harder to crack but it's possible
people think denuvo is something recent, but games have been using it for longer than people think and they've been cracked before.

>hey guys, we made this cool little game for you guys. No real reason, but here ya go!

>fast forward 8 years
>YO YO YOOO what up mother fuckers? Remember that game that we gave you 8 years ago? Well we listened to your feedback and we're releasing a prequel! Wait what? You're saying you don't want unlockable parkour moved? Or these cringey actors? Or an open world? Or forced combat? Or this gay DRM? Or this man-looking Faith? Wtf hahahahaha you don't know what you want, here you go. Have this shitty game.

>fast forward a year or so after release
>wow we fucking KNEW this game wouldn't sell. Fucking faggots, we ain't NEVER listening to the consumer.

Well, we have "uncrackable" encryption already that must be brute forced. It's not a far stretch to imagine it'd some day make its way to DRM I guess.

But having seen claims before that Starforce and SecuROM were uncrackable I mean yeah, you kinda think they might be wrong this time too.

> but games have been using it for longer than people think

FIFA 15 and Lords of the Fallen were the first games to use it and Sup Forums was already in flames about it back then, so most people know exactly how long it has been used I think.

>win
how is paying $60 to play trash winning?

Not everything, some companies don't go hard on their costumers..
Here's the main list of denuvo games

it's an dongle security online protocol, almost impossible to crack

To be fair when the game released EVERYONE was saying it should be open world. It's only in recent years after the Ubisoftication of every game people realized it's not always a good thing.

And the DRM makes 0 difference on the game.

>THEY CANT CRACK IT
Most of the crackers in scene groups today couldn't crack their way out of a paper bag. Most games released in the last decade could be 'cracked' by just dropping a generic dll into the game's folder. All the real talent has left the scene out of boredom.

Just give it some time and the talent will come back.

Isn't out here yet but it looks like trash and the beta was shit also Anita so I'm not buying it. Shame. The first one is the only platinum I have.

>Razor 1911 will never come back

Of those, I think only Inquisition has been cracked, and that was only because they were able to just circumvent the Denuvo check because of a flaw in the implementation or something.

No one knows but not soon

take your meds son

>also Anita

No idea where this meme keeps coming from. She had one talk at DICE that wasn't mandatory for people to attend, but Sup Forums keeps acting like she's a full time employee.

You are making the real questions

Hey at least "real fans" will eat this shit regardless.

So they're all ideal feminist characters

Where is it?
I can't find it on steam.

>I can't find it on steam.
And you never will, look who made the game

So the PC version will never sell

EA game dumb ass
hah those days are over

>tfw it's been cracked for some time and I'm just waiting for the perfect opportunity to reveal.

GTFO

>not mandatory to attend
>not attending it makes you a sexist

this is what scared sheeple believe.

Weren't they raided by the FBI?

What would be cool to see is a list of sales for the PC versions of these games to see how it compares.

Naturally it's not a direct correlation, but it would still be interesting.

Still won't buy it. Sorry user. If Milo was involved in an equal way as Anita I'd be more inclined to buy it without fear of either side forcing their shit down my throat. Wouldn't buy anything either of them are involved in otherwise.

EA abortion

I heard movement options are now unlockables and immediately lost interest.

This for sure. Gotta keep in mind that the original ME was before Skyrim started the open world meme, and the very thought of expanding ME to an open world was crazy. Then came along Ubisoft and they fuck that up for everyone.

Pretty much this

>>You have to unlock shit you could do in the previous gam
What's DICEs reasoning behind this dumb decision?

god damn what an awful thread

Having too many abilities from the start is confusing and overwhelming to new players

God damn what an awful post.

It deserves that score though. Isolation was boring aside from its retro future aesthetics.

I wouldn't blame Skyrim, ME's open world is definitely more inspired by Asscreed, Far Cry 3 and games of that ilk. I would say that Skyrim without an open world would be pointless, but AC, FC, MEC, etc. would still be good or even better games without the open world.

my boi lirik isn't going to stream this game so there's no point in me buying it.

>Story in the last was shit. Didn't expect this to be better. I skipped cutscenes anyway.
>I never see grinding as a problem if the game is fun. I like the parkour. So it should be fine
>Forced combat is a huge problem since the original only had it as a way to push enemies out of the way and continue moving.
>Faith being unlikable is irrelevant since i don't care about the story.

Does the game interrupt you a lot while actually running around? Does it kill the flow? This is important.

God damn what an awful life.

Wasn't Anita Sarkeesian involved in the development of this one or was that just a hoax?

then do what Banjo Kazooie did, and allow experienced players to select "I know all the moves" and let them proceed without a tutorial

fuck games pandering to me like i'm a big idiot, i hate those kinds of games.

I love how they exclude their own games from any other digital storefront, basically, for keeping the store fee for themselves and saving the money.

But, ultimately, they lose much more money for not getting the game available on steam.

I swear to God, if those motherfuckers will pass TPP, ban all pirate torrents and even THEN won't publish their games on GOG/DRM-free - I'm gonna fucking publicly burn myself.

She had a seminar at DICE

you're right, his post was true, entertaining and nowhere near as awful as you claim.

>To be fair when the game released EVERYONE was saying it should be open world. It's only in recent years after the Ubisoftication of every game people realized it's not always a good thing.
By people, you mean idiots, right? A lot of us have been saying this for nearly a decade or more. One size does not fit all should be a very obvious thing to conclude.

Isolation was one of the best games in the last 10 years. McCaffrey and IGN are a bunch of hack fucks.

It was an overwhelming majority. I didn't see anyone express that they didn't want an open world for the sequel until it was announced, while I saw plenty of people say "I wish they would make a sequel with an open world".

are u fuckin kidding me?
isolation was the most awesome alien game based that catches the original atmosphere of the first movie, still a damn awesome survival and thriller after all

would you recommend playing it on Hard difficulty first time?

It did gave a speech, and gave them lots of ideas
>this shit is too hard
>this dont represent the model of the feminist independent strong womyn
>this is too sexist
>this is too triggering

Depends on the mode.

Story mode will probably mix it up. Dash modes however is pure ME - get the fastest time.

Here is the real answer OP:

Total warhammer is the best selling TW game ever

How is the control scheme? Is it at least similar to the first one?

>Razor1911
>dopeman
>Prophet
>Skidrow
>djDEVASTATE
>BTARENA

Fuck man.... how can Piracy give off feelings of nostalgia?

Now we got a bunch of Soviet Slavic fucks cracking our games like R.G. Mechanics, Catalyst and Revenant who force you to load up their personal launchers and where installing the game can take 45 minutes to and hour because its so fucking repacked.

Piracy golden age is coming to a slow decrease. At least we still got Reloaded.

It was fun going back to Banjo-Tooie after doing Kazooie again with the Rare Replay release.

I had the immediate dread of realizing that I was going to have to learn moves again like it was Metroid or something, but no, straight up, you already have EVERY single move from the previous game, even the unlocked or special ones. They even have a good story justification for the new moves by being from a new teacher. So not only do you get all of your old moveset, you also get a bunch of new moves as well.

To be fair, MEC is a prequel, so it would make sense that Faith wouldn't know everything at the start, but it also sucks knowing that she's going to have a bunch of stuff that she doesn't have in the sequel. It's basically pointless for that reason.

No one cared about the first Mirror's Edge, why would they care about Catalyst?

>buying games so you can confirm that they indeed are fucking terrible

Top kek

It's the same

What else we gonna talk about?

Also why play this when the critically acclaimed and universal example of perfect game play GONE HOME is free to play this month on ps+. Go on user, give it a whirl.

But those games all came from the open world popularity by Skyrim.

Was dopeman the guy who did all those "no install" versions? Fucking loved those.

i would not recommend anyone to play any game on hard mode in the first gameplay, only experienced people that has already finished the gaem.
and no, i don't usually play on easy difficulity u dip

Not him, but you should play a few minutes on normal to get a feel for the mechanics before hard.

Hard mode alien is "true mode" intended by the devs. brutal and unforgiving.

the alien sometimes pretends to leave rooms, waits right outside and then either rapes you as soon as you make a noise, or randomly walks back in if he suspects you're in that room, hiding.

And btw, the alien doesn't walhack. It's all fair.

Yeah, he made the torrents where all you had to do was unzip and play.

Fucking miss that guy.
