Co-op footage was not indicative of the kind of game I was expecting. Lots of clunky fumbling with the dragon, pace was slow, attacks don't look satisfying or cuh-razy, and generally doesn't look as high octane as other platinum games.
I'm also still not sold on the mc.

I think the retardation as a whole was plaguing the games at the Microsoft conference. The FFXV demo fight was awful, the Scalebound one was. I don't remember what else they showed.
The fact it was bad play in those demos is only one of the problems with them.

They're probably advertising it as an exclusive and will launch it on PC 3 months later like most of these japanese games. Sony isn't paying for it, therefore it won't be exclusive.

To be fair, CoD has been very consistent in quality. It may not be the type of game you or I like, but they always prioritize fps over graphics, they make sure to have something for both the single player and multiplayer crowd, and there games are, for the most part, sound and free of controversy. CoD isn't that bad.

Recore looked okay, but I thought seeing a version of Scalebound that finally looked optimized and close to a final build was more interesting at the end of the day.
Dull, slow, hits had seemed like they had no impact nor were satisfying despite DonteMc punching the crab's arm off.
Dragon combat might be cool, but after what they showed us, I doubt it.
On the other hand Nier 2 seemed like a reskinned revengance from the first gameplay trailer, which would give it the best gameplay a Yoko Taro game ever had.
I planned to wait untill PS4 was jailbroken till I buy it, but Nier is gonna make me buy it early.
