There isn't one really, the "best" vs "worst" is saving about 5 minutes of hunt time at the most. It's all down to whichever weapon feels right for you

I bought a n3ds for 4u and at first I thought the C nub was complete garbage. I stuck with it and by the time I got to G-rank I was pretty good at using it, honestly it just takes some time to get used to.

Question: Can you play as a felyne hunter and still have other players pick human or does everyone has to either go full felyne or human?

You can join as one but theyre pretty crappy with almost all setups. I'd say they only added them to make gathering missions less annoying.

I cant tell if I like adept or striker more yet. Im im playing online and less likely to be targeted I use striker HBG to get both Guns Blazing and Gunpowder Infusion and use Absolute Readiness for my occasional evade. Funny I say occasionally because that shit is up like every 5 seconds with striker. You should try it online when the full setup is available.

Probably SnS as always, with either Adept or Guild style.

so what the fuck is this "level up" nonsense with weapons now. Are there any translated weapon trees up? I don't feel like wasting tons of ore and materials levelling up weapons if I'm just going to choose an early path.

Lance has the best times this time around, though only on a ESP level of play.
Adept made everything extremly fucking easy to play, though the literal easy modo weapons are Adept DB, Adept HBG and Adept Bow.

Is it me or are monsters limping way eralier than before?

I can make some monsters limp pretty fast and then it takes pretty long for them to die even when I'm being more aggressive than before

It also heals you completely on one go, so it is more time efficient than chugging Pots.

I've mained the Switch Axe since MH3U. In MHGen, the "Energy Charge" art makes SA even more OP as it basically gives you unlimited sword mode.

Do monsters get stronger each time you fight them? this is my first MH so i dont really know. but I could swear by the 4th one, shit was way more intense.
