Currently playing it all over again
Would you say it's the best GTA of all the series?
Did you play it at the day of its release?

I prefer VC but SA is definitely better overall. Theres just so many different things you can do.
ALLLLLLLLL MY EXES LIVE IN TEXAS
Nostalgia is a great factor in determining the greatness of older games, I love San Andreas, played through in excess of 20 times, but I can't deny that some mechanics are lacking by today's standards
no autosave (I think there's a mod for quicksave though), shooting is a bit mundane, the graphics have aged like milk and most cars are a bit to quick to blow up
but I digress, I love this game and probably won't stop loving it, as for it being the best GTA, it very well may be
Played it the day before it came out. Guy at Gamestop gave it to me a day early.
Was everything I had hyped it up to be at the time. Spent the entire summer of 2005 playing it endlessly.
Easily one of my all time favorite games.
Not even good due to nostalgia. I gifted it to a friend 2 years ago and they dumped 200 hours into it, just exploring a fucking around.
Said they loved it more than V because it was just all around more crazy and less serious, and the humour wasn't so forced and tryhard.
>my friends and i faces when we find out the VC cheats worked
>our faces when we found the coop icon in that adobe house in Grove Street
Probably when the series hit its peak. Playing through the SP for the first time was awesome. It was huge compared to any of the other games, the crammed so much in. An epic in the true sense of the word.
Games were better when features and mechanics were hidden rather than spoonfed to you.
hippie is an ayy lmao
