I found it hard to put down on my first few sessions. The short missions and good pacing of upgrades and new gear keeps your attention pretty well. I love turn based strategy myself and was surprised at how fun this ended up being. It is a little on the short side though. There's five difficulties however, and a NG+ that lets you start with everyone recruited but at level 0, which might make for some interesting runs if that fancies you at all.
