I threw my controller down once. I broke it. I decided to just stop playing when I'm hitting a brick wall like that. It helped. I generally do better when going back fresh into a game and I don't have to buy new controllers. Lesson learned.

I have a genuine anger problem. I've given myself a black eye from punching myself over and over.

I was about 14 years old and I'd throw tantrums like crazy, both in console and PC. It wasn't until I ended up throwing a controller and breaking it for good when I tried to calm my shit down.

Nowadays everytime I feel my anger rising I just stop playing til I chill fhe fuck down.

When I was a young teen playing halo 3 online. I was playing team slayer and for 5 games straight I got the most kills but every single one of my teammates were shitters in every single match and I ended up losing all 5 matches. I ended up punching my thigh and dropping my controller.

I got parried twice in the room in Dark Souls and I got so mad I had to get up and take a beak.

It was long way back when I was pre teen. I was playing Worms on my toaster. Got upset and started cursing like a sailor. My mother walked to my room and just pushed the power button turning my PC off. From this onward I've never gotten upset like this. Now if I get annoyed I just quit the game take a walk or just shrug it off.

I get drawn into the addiction and RNG of them and then get immensely angry when I get my ass kicked by the RNG.

Same game, although it was more that somehow the opposing team had gotten both Banshee's and started spawnfucking our team (which was already down to like 3 people). At one point I got bombed on a ridge before I could so much as move an inch.

Farming for a kubrow egg in Warframe after they were released. Did almost 500 E-prime runs, searching the entire mission for kubrow dens and destroying them, quitting if I didn't get an egg after I found them all.

On the 48x-49x run I found an egg, finally, after farming for 21 hours with only a couple quick stops for toilet and whatever, and when I finished the mission to secure the egg - Warframe crashes to desktop.

The one and only crash I got after 1.4k hours of Warframe, and it was at the exact worst time ever. I started fucking screaming like a tard and threw my chair out the window, breaking the said window and also the chair.

Right after that, lit up a cigarette right in my room, and chainsmoked half a pack in half an hour or so.

Neighbours and roommates thought I got fucking possessed or some shit, but god fucking damn, I've never been so mad in my life.

Still haven't opened up Warframe since.

I got stuck at last level in Brothers in Arms and I got so angry I broke the CD
