would look a lot better if it wasn't running on a toaster full of expired poptarts. The best part of Black Desert is just exploring around the map. I still miss those early map leaks and custome servers where there were no enemies implemented but you could just walk around the world and marvel at everything.

That was running at 3840x2160 on the highest settings. The game just has/had terrible problems with texture and objective pop-in. I played on release for about 2 months haven't touched it since.

However the recording is 1280x720 and then lowered even more once I made the webm.

This shit was so much fun, chasing after other vessels on the open sea, gun battles which would culminate in boarding the other vessel and intense fighting leaping about the sail rigging if you went about it properly.

Pretty much, I wouldn't even mind if it weren't a pirate game to be honest. Like maybe a game about the Napoleonic wars between the UK and France?

Anything really, would even settle for an outright fantasy world scenario.

I just hated how they turned the plot of the story into a shaggy dog joke of a tale.

The 'good ending' was that literally nothing you did mattered, it would have been better if the... GNC? Whatever the organization was called, firebombed the city from the outset instead of dragging you through that pointless storyline.
