Old gods were probably already there in the void before the universe, when life was created the old gods leaking into the living planets were able to create their own life, due to the rules of creation.

Warcraft has been a rip off of war hammer since it's conception, so is starcraft. If any thing blizzard probably wanted to make a war hammer game but war hammer said no so blizzard made their own franchise.

He's meming. What happened is starcraft II ripped off WoW by turning Amon into Sargeras, as in an ancient alien of a race that seeds worlds who comes to the philosphical conclusion that destroying everything is actually the true path.

Then blizzard went and re-ripped off SC IIs own rip off to re-tool sargeras as Illidan Prime(or super Kerrigan) and make the real villian void entities that sound similar to Amon.

He required some elaborate scheme to spawn him for the first time. You had to speak to some random NPC on the ass end of an island you have no reason to visit, then go click these hidden orbs all over the entire Broken Isles in a specific order. Once he did that, he spawned, and to get any loot from him you also need to do all the orbs and shit.

Reston is extremely good if your druid is good at it. I've seen druids fuck it up.

It wasn't even datamined. In the Q&A yesterday the dev said they intentionally left out the activation orbs during beta because they wanted something in the expansion that wasn't datamineable. There's probably a ton of other shit we don't know about.

No one datamined shit. A couple people on Wowhead found it and told everyone how to do it.

Same with the purple hippogryph mount (you need to click 5 crystals in Azsuna, but if anyone else reaches 5 first, the whole thing resets).

There's a shitload of artifact skins that are hidden as well, and they could be even more ridiculous.

If you hadn't noticed, blizzard not only has shit writers, they have lazy ones.

Starcraft II made the villain of everything an ancient Xel'naga called Amon. They did this because remember, Starcraft II is an attempt at making Kerrigan the perfect waifu.

There were many ways they could have gone about this despite the concept in of itself being shit; but they picked the laziest route.

In WoW lore for years Sargeras, the Dark Titan, was one of the games biggest bads. His entire motif was that he was of a race of order obsessed gods and that after spending an eternity jailing demons he came to a philosophical conclusion that the titans were wrong and the demons were right.

He freed the demons, made them worship him as a god and created the burning legion.

Blizzard took that concept and gave it to Amon. Xel'naga were like the titans and Amon came to the conclusion that life was bullshit and should die, so he went into the void and became void cthulhu that gets killed when Kerrigan becomes Marvel's Phoenix and nukes him with fire.

In Legion, blizzard revealed that Sarg didn't go insane, instead he discovered a race of void entities in another dimension were trying to corrupt unborn titans so they could manifest in reality and end it. In this concept, he's just a big Illidan, a guy who wants to save the world at the expense of everyone.

This is not unlike Kerrigan and so Sarg and Illidan are probably going to become "light" angels and nuke the not-amons in the void in a cringe worthy display of Redemption™

Because he was doing the wrong thing for the right reason, just like Illidan.

Maybe we'll kill him, but at least one of them is becoming Kerrigan.

Considering the Naaru are telling us Illidan dindunuffin, when the game also stresses that they're the ones who sent us to kill him (see DH opening cinematic with the Naaru at the entrance to BT in full view.) It's pretty likely something isn't as it seems with them

People have found some quest triggers and NPCs likely related to it, but nothing confirmed yet. A fair bit of rumors/hearsay/trolling going on too.

Each one has one hidden in game, the other isn't attainable and is likely being held back for patch content.

That still sounds like two hidden skins for each. Like in the case of the SPriest dagger, you make it sound as if the one not properly in-game yet is the one we know about (clearly), and that there is a completely hidden one that we know nothing about yet. Probably like any other artifact that we know nothing about regarding its hidden skin.

It's still a 1-3 button spec, but I always enjoy it more than Fire or Frost for some reason. I like the lore and shit for Arcane since its the most "wizard" of the specs I feel.

The Spriest dagger that drops from EN is the one hidden appearance they can get. The other is just flat out not a drop, not a quest, not a weird series of things you need to do like the orbs. Unattainable until they patch it in. Every spec is like this.

By "hidden" I mean when you look at the appearance tab in the artifact altar, there are the starter one, the advanced one, the PvE one, the PvP one and a gap at the bottom. The first 4 show where to get them, the gap is the hidden one. There is a datamined 6th set that is being held back for a patch.

So in future patches, a SPriest skin could be hidden through some convoluted series of events, whereas (for example) an Ashbringer skin could be a literal raid drop. That makes more sense, I suppose.

Just look at how Metzen describes the fucking Warcraft universe.

It's kind of silly, but I find a certain joy in the fact that most warriors are going to xmog the shitty artifact weapons. Warriors are raw and ambitous fighters that come from all races and creeds, so it'd only make sense that our weapons would vary so greatly. It'd piss me off to see us all using the same weapons.

Suramar after that, keep up your class hall quest, do random normals if you like as well. Once you get friendly rep with the main faction in each zone you'll unlock world quests.
