It's not even just the fact I have to pay for DLC, they're still charging full price for it even though the game is 5 years old. Apparently the Modern Times DLC makes the game even better than Tropico 3 but like hell I'm paying $7 for it.

I would like to up the resolution, though - but still keep windowed mode. Is there any way to to this? It seems like the only windowed-mode resolution is 124x728. The game doesn't like switching between monitors very well in fullscreen mode.

Okay, I want to run Windowed mode, and all the forums, etc. say that you can resize the Window in this mode.
