there was an online tcg called Urban Rivalz that was pretty popular for a while (I think it hit upwards of a million players)

despite being a pretty average player I somehow worked my way up to being the boss of the largest english-speaking guild in the game (I think just because I chatted to the ex-leader for a bit)

of course I dropped the game a few months later but completely forgot to pass on the leadership privileges to someone else, so the guild was essentially now leaderless

I logged on years later for nostalgia and I had literally HUNDREDS of unread messages inquiring about guild business lel

nah but I was like in the top percentile of a dead FPS game though then battlefield bad company 2 got released and it completely died.
